They have always been quick to respond to my emails, consistently offering assistance and listening to my needs. As I’ve already explained to them, however, there are other free platforms that provide similar features. It would be great if they considered making only some functionalities while still allowing basic access for all users. That said, the website is very well-designed, and I highly recommend it.

We were setting up a calculator in Outgrow and thought we had hit a serious bug—one of the numbers wasn’t being calculated properly. Turns out, we just forgot to enable a setting! Support was super fast in figuring it out and guiding us through the fix. Quick, friendly, and straight to the point—can’t ask for more!

I used Outgrow to add an ROI calculator to our website and clients surveys. It's easy to use and a great value for the price.

First of all, the Outgrow quizzes offer lots of customization options which is great -- particularly if you have a quiz in mind where result computation might not be so straightforward.
Second, the chat is always available if you need help, and they're really fast with their answers.
Third, Outgrow has been very flexible and welcoming in terms of pricing when I needed another feature that was not included in my plan. They say they offer custom plans for small businesses, and they really do! If you're not sure they have a plan that's right for you, talk with them and they'll create a plan that's right.

I've been using Outgrow on and off for years. The platform has certainly grown in its capabilities in that time, which means what I can accomplish has also grown.

The interface is easy to use. And whenever I ran into difficulty, the support team was excellent at getting back to me asap.

I've only got 1 calculator quiz in Outgrow but it's the main way I find my ideal clients. For anyone taking my quiz who isn't ideal, I'm still able to create results pages in Outgrow that are useful for them.

Painful experience - tried to get a spreadhseet to work, it wouldn't. spoke to 2 reps and they just do anything to fob you off and send you ridiculously long training videos.

A simple shet would take 5 hours of sheer pain, avoid them

Azienda che propone una soluzione di preventivatore, form e altri strumenti non male anche se limitati e con prezzi alti.
Il problema maggiore è che a cambio di prezzi per nulla convenienti si ha un customer service solo per chat che regolarmente manda risposte preimpostate quasi da sembrare un bot e che non risolve mai il problema ma delega al cliente l'analisi dello stesso per trovare "insieme" la soluzione.
Nel caso specifico, negli ultimi mesi, in modo seriale ho avuto problemi di accesso alla mia dashboard (unico sito con login che mi da questi problemi) dato che dopo un caricamento lunghissimo restituiva una pagina bianca non permettendomi di vedere i lead arrivati, ergo un danno economico e di tempo.
Oltre a ciò l'assistenza il massimo che ha potuto fare è di ripetere ogni volta, 1. cancellare i cookies, 2. provare diversi browser perchè ogni volta quello da me usato (variava di volta in volta) non era mai quello compatibile, 3. sparizione dell'operatore per poi apparire diverse ore dopo un altro operatore che ricominciava da capo la routine di operazioni inconcludenti.
Mi spiace lasciare un opinione così negativa ma dopo mesi di inefficienza e pagamenti da parte mia sempre adempiuti mi sento di dover avvisare chi avesse intenzione di utilizzare i servizi di questa azienda di premunirsi di molta pazienza e di mettere in conto possibili disagi e profondi ritardi.

The team was hyper responsive and so easy to work with. They helped me build out a custom quiz very quickly and were ready and willing to jump in and troubleshoot or make changes as needed. They helped with custom requests and even uploaded my custom fonts so the quiz would turn out perfectly. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Terrible company to deal with. I started a trial and used certain features. I then contacted them to get a price and was told $300 for the year or $45 a month (which is a massive difference). Anyway, I opted or $45 a month and then found out that half the features I had used in the trial require me to pay $99 a month.

They tried to bribe me with "if you sign up for the annual plan we will let you have the features". So I can have them if I pay $300 but not if I pay $540? Cos I would have happily stayed with them for the year.

Not sure which clown came up with that idea but there seems to be a few of them at Outgrow.

So, as I only paid yesterday I have asked for a refund of 29/30ths of my subscription. Just waiting on a response now.

I'm so disappointed in with Outgrow. Customer for years, but the last year it showed so many bugs and defaults, with yesterday as the all-time high. I've sent an email campaign to 50K contacts to drive webinar registers via Outgrow. When an email subscriber tried to register and click on the CTA as the last step, the calculator didn't do anything. I've missed certainly 100 registrants for the webinar. This is costing business money. Support said that their team is looking into the issue with high priority, but I didn't hear 24 hours from them. Guess not priority.

We checked out several assessment software applications and chose Outgrow, and I'm so glad we did. Creating assessments is not a simple process, but Outgrow makes it doable. It's easy to use, flexible, and provides a good range of options. Also, the support team is outstanding!

Outgrow's product and customer service is outstanding! I have used their calculator survey for four separate projects and was amazed with how easy they were to create (even as a novice). The level of customization and ability to brand adds an aesthetic element that is sure to impress!
I have also found the integration feature (Smartsheet) to be incredibly helpful. It's great to get real-time data that can be sorted, filtered, and analyzed.

Fantastic! The user interface was so easy for my team to use. We were able to build an onboarding for our landing pages so easily, and their preset templates made it perform well. They allow for very useful customization as well! Best of all, their customer support is so nice.
