Great product bad Sales Onboarding and Support.

Every chance I asked for something, they would say they can't do that and give me an alternative answer. Like I wanted to extend my trial for 2 weeks and they said you can only have one. You will be able to do a trial in that time you don't need more. I was like yeah and I got 50 million things happening right now. Is that too much to ask for. Eventually after kicking up a fuss they did it. But why not just go out of you way to help? Even better go over and beyond. That creates a positive impression. I am looking to invest after all, isn't that the goal? Get sales, do everything you can to help nurture lead to a sale. Remove as many obstacles as possible to get a YES. Not this company.

The customer service is first class any problems they are straight their to help you which to me is very important.

As a one-person start-up looking for quiz software I did my research. I tried several popular quiz builder alternatives and then, based on a user review, decided to try Outgrow. What attracted me was the reviewers claim that they had the most comprehensive and flexible set of tools for hosting engages quizzes, AND, the reviewer added, it's not the cheapest solution. From the moment I started my trial I could see that Outgrow was a superior tool, engineered with thoughtfulness and clearly with plenty of user testing. As I onboarded and pushed the limit of my wish list for what I wanted to do with quiz software, the support team just keep telling me YES, you can do that. I even had an account manager set up a private onboarding video call to show me exactly who to use their robust calculator functions to make my quiz exactly what I wanted it to be. From the beginning, the tool and team has only exceeded my expectations with what I want in a quiz solution. I hit a big bump in the road when it came time to pay for my plan and the account manager noticed that functionality I was using exceeded the capabilities of my chosen plan . (In future, I'd encourage the Outgrow team to make the trial users chosen plan match the capabilities provided, instead of giving someone who wants a lower tier plan access to all the bells and whistles and surprising them later once they're built out around my expensive functionality.) In my case, I explained my disappointment to my rep who went to bat for me to design a custom plan that brought the features I needed at a price I can afford. Apparently custom plans are a routine part of their onboarding service, and I have to say I'm super excited to be using this software, exploring its further potential, and enjoying a caliber of support that is top-notch, and that's coming from an ecommerce entrepreneur who uses A LOT of services. Keep it up Outgrow.

Outgrow has been nothing short of amazing when it comes to customer service and getting our calculator assessment up and running. The support and knowledge of the particular support person who helped me, Daphne, is truly above and beyond, even calling me on a weekend to help walk me through an issue. She always understood exactly what I was asking and was quick with an answer. It is rare that I have experienced this level of support from a company in a long while, so when I do, I like to write about it. :) Not to mention the software itself is very intuitive and easy to use and just an overall great product. Thanks Daphne and team for being so awesome!!

Excellent customer support, responsive and patient, who found the solutions we needed to keep using the tool. We are very satisfied. The tool itself is powerful, we can't wait to see how it will impact our sales.

Our company is an active customer of Outgrow. Unfortunately their pricing for single features is incredibly intransparent. We currently use the "Calculator" funnel. In the free test month you get the full picture of possibilities, but once you convert to a paying customer all of a sudden the pricing jumps from 15$ to 25$ to 90$ per month just to use small features like "logical jump". I don't agree with this kind of pricing. Allthough we have bought a full year package we will look for friendlier alternatives

Not much of PRO company. Too much lazyness by staff. i wasted 2 days without getting anywhere. use another service folks... dont be idiot like me.

Outgrow is a great and unique lead gen tool.

Using Outgrow was easy and effective in growing our email list. We are able to segment our list and provide users with the relevant information they desire. I highly recommend them.

We have tested so many quiz making platforms and none of them would support the simple outcome logic we needed to create our face reading assessment quiz until we found Outgrow! Easy to use and we love the chat support service!

Easy! The ease of use in Outgrow makes it fast and convenient to setup lead generation forms in different formats. It has great features that allow you to elegantly present your surveys, quizzes, calculators, polls, etc. in a fun and creative way while having the necessary features for analytics and integrations. Having it integrated with Zapier and Mailchimp has also allowed us to expand its possibilities!

Outgrow provided me flexibility and agility to quickly implement different calculators, quizzes and projects without relying on IT experts. It is very user friendly and has great customer support.

We are able to make well-calculated offers to our customers, which at first wasn't possible. Where it seems impossible to calculate a price by a tool, outgrow has now enabled it with lot of options.

Outgrow makes it quick and easy for us to power-up our marketing strategy with interactive content. We've integrated quizzes and calculators into our blog posts, lead magnets, and other lead gen tools that allow us to get ultra-specific insights into our audience. The service from the team is top-notch, and they've always responded with prompt, helpful, and friendly answers. I can definitely recommend for any marketers looking to mix up their content!
