The customer support is awful, I asked to leave the platform because of a lack of ROI. I was then emailed continuously asking me to stay. Upon further investigation I noticed 3 payments had been taken when only 1 was due.

When raising my concern I was told "I think there is some confusion at your end which you need to clarify.".

Having sent bank statements to prove payments had been taken - the issue was "escalated".

Poor, poor communication.
