Awesome Customer service from Luke
I had a problem with my classic 30 backpack as the shoulder strapped failed and Luke was quick responding to my warranty enquiry and provide me with a new backpack. We use overboard a lot in our organisation as we work in most remote locations in UK and bags travel a lot with us. from our ships to our helicopters. Great customer service Luke 10/10

Excellent all round experience
We asked some questions on the chat before or purchase and they were all answered. We had a couple more when we received our order and again they were answered quickly and satisfactorily. Great products and fantastic customer service!
First purchased from this company in 2021, the item I purchased was a large waterproof phone case. It stood up to all sorts of use, I took it on holiday, I used it on my paddle board and also used it on poolside. The best thing about this product is that OverBoard offer a 5 year extended warranty. I had an issue with the case after 4 years and 10 months.....I contacted customer services and they honoured the 5 year warranty! I can't fault this company, their products are fantastic and their customer service is amazing. Thank you:-)

Last one lasted 12 years. Would have lasted longer if I didn't use it with my dive weights.
