Korzystam z OVHcloud Poland od wielu lat. Serwery są stabilne, atrakcyjne a panel prosty i czytelny, wszystko działa bez zarzutu. Na duży plus zasługuje również szybka i kompetentna pomoc techniczna. Zgłoszenie nr CS13933386 zostało błyskawicznie rozwiązane z pozytywnym skutkiem. Dodatkowym atutem jest dobra wydajność sieci i brak problemów z dostępnością usług. Zdecydowanie polecam.

Zawsze przewidywalni i transparentni
Zawsze przewidywalni i transparentni. Doskonała ilość i jakość usług. Tego co oferuje OVH ciężko szukać gdzie indziej, a od pewnego czasu ceny VPS i dedyków niższe niż hostingi u niektórych. Brzegowy firewall, wybór lokalizacji, mega konfigurowalna strefa DNS, potężne API , dodatkowe IP (geolokalizowene) i wiele innych czynią OVH dla mnie najlepszym partnerem. Na uwagę zasługuje również ich portal z pomocą, gdzie mniej doświadczeni ale ambitni klienci znajdą rozwiązania swoich problemów i pomoc w konfiguracji usług. Jedynym minusem dla mnie jest słaba polityka utrzymania klienta. Gdy przez dwa lata umowy płaciłem za VPS i po zakończeniu umowy pojawił się tańszy i lepszy plan (nowa gama VPS) to niestety nie mogłem przedłużyć o kolejne 2 lata z lepszym planem, musiałem wykupić nowy VPS, przenieść na niego dane i zrezygnować ze starego. Wiązało się to z czasem oraz utratą IP a wiemy, że od strony technicznej hypervisora jest to banalnie proste. Więc robienie pod górkę stałym klientom jest trochę słabe jak na tak dużego gracza.

I am very disappointed with OVH
I am very disappointed with OVH. They sell VPS servers with outdated operating systems, which makes basic maintenance and security updates a challenge. The customer support is extremely poor, often unresponsive, and difficult to reach. The user interface is confusing and unintuitive, and processes such as making changes to the server take far too long. Overall, my experience has been frustrating, and I would not recommend OVH for reliable VPS hosting.

Brak wsparcia i totalne olewanie klienta
Współpracowałem z wieloma firmami, ale jeszcze nie spotkałem się z tak niskim (zerowym) poziomem serwisu. Zgłosiłem problem, po czym jeszcze dwa razy odzywałem się do nich i niestety nie dostałem żadnej odpowiedzi. Myślałem o dywersyfikacji aby część maszyn trzymać w Azure a część w OVH ale już mi skutecznie wybili ten pomysł z głowy - co był zrobił gdyby to były produkcyjne maszyny?
Aktualizacja z 09.12.2025. Po kontakcie telefonicznym udało się rozwiązać problem. Szkoda tylko, że musiało to chwilę potrwać. Pomoc telefoniczną, zaangażowanie i wiedzę konsultanta oceniam pozytywnie.

Nie polecam tej firmy. Absolutnie niewiarygodna korporacja. W związku z kradzieżą mojej karty kredytowej, zablokowano mi dostęp do serwera, ponieważ nie zadziałała opcja płatności cyklicznych. Jak się o tym dowiedziałem, opłaciłem serwer. Okazało się, że nie ma na nim oprogramowania, którego kopii niestety już nie posiadam. Odpowiedź firmy na moje zgłoszenie: „dziękuję za kontakt z OVHcloud i przepraszam za wydłużony czas odpowiedzi.
Z przykrością informuję, że serwer vps-………..vps.ovh.net został usunięty w dniu 2025-11-19 w wyniku braku płatności za fakturę z dnia 2025-10-02.
Widzę, że opłacił Pan fakturę już po usunięciu serwera.
Niestety, dane na serwerach nie są przechowywane po usunięciu usługi. Były one przechowywane podczas zawieszenia, lecz na ten moment usługa jest już usunięta i nie ma możliwości jej odzyskania.”
Nie czytam wiadomości, które lądują w spamie. Wystarczył sms z informacją o braku płatności.
Najgorsza serwerowania z jaką miałem styczność.

Państwa konsultant Pan Maksymilian jest bardzo profesjonalny, pomocny oraz uprzejmy w rozwiązaniu mojego problemu. Tak powinna wyglądać pomoc techniczna
Państwa konsultant Pan Maksymilian był bardzo pomocny, otwarty i uprzejmy aby rozwiązać mój problem tj. niedziałającej skrzynki mailowej. Od blisko 10 lat korzystamy z usług OVH. Pierwszy raz konsultant był otwarty na pomoc, a do tego komunikował się zrozumiałym językiem (tzn. nie mówił w języku typowo informatycznym). Tak powinna wyglądać prawdziwa pomoc techniczna. Rozmowa z człowiekiem, który rozumie problem i chce pomóc w rozwiązaniu. Panie Maksymilianie - jeszcze raz dziękuję. Klasa światowa !
