Bought an ASUS gaming Laptop From Own4Less and it’s absolutely brilliant, It’s in amazing condition and I got it for a steal!
Would highly recommend this website and in particular the Doncaster store where my item came from. It was Packaged perfectly and arrived safe and sound. Not one complaint from me😊

I came across this site following a search for a specific item. I was dubious at first as I had not heard of them before, and the site whilst functional, was a little basic in design and appearance. I went ahead nonetheless as the reviews were predominantly positive. What a find. Item exactly as described, packaged with care and attention, prompt and free postage. Whats not to like. I would definitely purchase from Own4less again. Thank you

I only discovered this website recently and I can’t fault them. I’ve ordered a PS3 console for £29.99 which is such a bargain price considering elsewhere the same item is around the £80 price tag. Since then I’ve had 2 PS3 controllers which have had free delivery. They’ve been great. I’ve just ordered an XBox Series X for £100 less than the main high street retailer that deals in used electronics. I have no doubt that will also be a great buy. I’ll be back for more no doubt.

Sells faulty goods for cash is king stores and won't refund despite numerous attempts and legal notices,

Have since flagged my previous review quoting swearing and rather than own4less and cash is king store rutherglen coming to a agreement with me on the faulty ps5 controller I paid £40 for, they would rather mess customers around play little games, threaten me with legal action and be abusive, I note I suffer from mental health problems and disabilities and this is what a supposed reputable store does to its customers 🙄

What brought me here I purchased a faulty ps5 controller, got abused by the staff and denied my right to a replacement or refund all within 24 hours of purchasing, I was told to enjoy the faulty pad, numerous abusive comments were made like we all have problems when mentioning my mental health and disabilities, I replied with you can work and I can't, where I was told I get you could work if you wanted to further abusing me as customer with disability n mental health problems, I've been ignored and been further ignored despite numerous attempts at a resolution which I note would've ended me having a reason to have a problem to write this or reviews or a Facebook page and tiktok, 2 legal notices have been sent and neither have been addressed meaning I'm going to be taking them to court,

Flag this one as well by all means rather than address my complaint n come to resolution with me about it which would've ended my complaint or reason to be taking your company to court, but instead you threaten me and seek to damage my mental health even more with legal action yet your company is the 1 who will be getting legal action for breaching my rights in the first place,

I note that what happened was also illegal and if I had known I would've had your staff member arrested, I have also kept the email from tom who threatened me even further with legal action for my previous flagged review,

This just shows you the scum of these companies and anyone reading this should shop elsewhere like eBay cause at least if you have a problem with a seller like this eBay can step in rather than getting abused by them, ignored n abused even further all for a £40 faulty ps5 controller, cash is king and we're all peasants spending pennies to them and as far as they are concerned to hell with my rights as shown by flagging my review but no attempt at a resolution despite my attempts 😔 some customer service just shows you it doesn't exist with this company or cash is king stores,

Welcome to modern business where the customers mean nothing only the money they spend and when things are faulty don't expect a refund or replacement it'll Likely just be abuse, all that would've taken me to not he here is the replacement or refund I'm due for the faulty pad but no rather, threaten, abuse and ignore customers with a valid complaint, even when they send legal notices 😞 I'm disabled n suffer from mental health problems and what's own4less and cash is king rutherglens excuse for this abuse and non existing customer service, despite numerous attempts to come to a resolution, so flag this as well I will make another and another and another as you can try ignore me but I'm not going away until this is made right and even then I think I'm gonna spend the rest of my life making sure everyone knows exactly what these companies think of their customers etc cash is king and we're all peasants spending pennies with no rights other than giving them our money, they don't care they sold you a faulty item, they don't care you get denied a replacement or refund they only care about what you spend and you will suffer for it if it's faulty,

Wouldn't recommend to anyone and would advise shopping elsewhere, like eBay where I now shop exclusive for any items I need after what happened with this store, where if I get anything faulty and can't come to a resolution with the seller I'm not having to send numerous ignored legal notices, leave reviews like this that gets me threatened by legal action yet I'm the one who's has been wronged, eBay will have your back and stores like this will have you listed as rubbish a peasant because cash is king and we're all peasants to then spending pennies 😡 be taking them to court now and seeking damages as well where that threatening email will also be added in as evidence tom as more abuse to someone who falls with a vulnerable category 🙄

Just to think all it would've taken was a replacement or refund for the £40 faulty ps5 pad but instead, you've threatened me, your staff have abused me and preyed on my mental health and disabilities, denied my rights to a replacement or refund which is against the law, all while your staff members further abuse me further, ignore my rights and ignore legal notices,

All for a faulty ps5 pad n I wonder is £40 worth the costs n damages cause it seems to be, no resolution made

Used the site for the first time to get Digimon story cyber sleuth on PS4. Great price for a game tough to find this cheap.
Arrived within a day so also fantastic.

Purchased a phone on their marketplace with regenerate Swindon and it is faulty. I've tried emailing and phoning both regenerate and own 4 less but none have replied. I tried to contact own 4 less to see if they could contact regenerate for me but they are ignoring my phone calls and emails. They are not bothered that I have a faulty product.

Minor issue, resolved. Happy with purchase. Excellent price.

sent me the wrong headset i bought, which was completely broken and did not work at all. and took a full day extra to arrive despite paying for a guarenteed next day delivery.

Amazing I went into store and they didn’t have what I needed but the lovely staff helped me and told me about the website they have. They were really helpful and explained how to use their website. I ordered what I needed and it arrived earlier than I expected. The product was perfect and met all my expectations! 10/10 would recommend!

Been using the company for a while going into the Doncaster store and always found the staff amazing and so helpful theyve gone above and beyond a few times to help locate items im looking to buy so thought id try the online ordering as couldnt get in because of work.
Ordered a few items for my sons birthday and found it so easy and the staff as usual helpful, items arrived in time, very well packaged and exactly as described, will defo be using again
