Disgraceful experience the store at own 4 less rutherglen cancelled and think just because they refunded me it’s resolved in no way is this resolved I got a email saying jt was ready to collect then later in the day they cancelled my order because I wasn’t happy with them email me in caps letters

I'm sorry to hear that the seller cancelled and refunded your order. I've investigated this for you, and the seller tells me that they found the pre-owned game you ordered was damaged, so they refunded you in full. I can see the refund was made on the same day as the order was placed.

Great Customer Service
Ordered a large item, delivered fast and well packaged. I spoke to Scott to ask a few questions before purchasing and he was really helpful so I went ahead. It’s good to have a store that you can phone and speak to a helpful human, which is rare these days! Would definitely recommend and use again. Great customer service.
