i bought a lether case from here. the design was good and felt decent, but the quality wasn"t as strong as i expected. The magnet in it could be better. overall it feels a bit avarege. i was expecting a bit more for the price.

bought a watch band and it broke immediately. didn't even get it on my wrist, was in the process of trying to put it on the watch itself. and i can assure you it wasn't user error as i have had an apple watch for years and replaced the bands multiple times. i tried to leave a review and it was immediately deleted. tried to leave a second review and it was immediately deleted. tried to contact customer service on their website's help chat where i got no response. tried to call customer service and was redirected multiple times until i was hung up on. very disappointing, will not buy again and do not recommend.

My case and wallet combination started to come unstitched within a couple days of it arriving. I tried to contact the customer service phone number however the recording hangs up on you after it tells you its going to put you through to a rep. I tried 3 separate times and it disconnects at the same point in the recording each time. Seems intentional. If I'm wrong and OXA will reach out to me via email and fix this situation I will absolutely be willing to change my rating. I don't like doing business with companies that I can't reach by phone, it seems sketchy to me.

I received the wrong size phone and need to return it. However when I emailed you someone from your company tool my info & then wouldn’t respond. My questions were denied & wouldn’t go thru

Easy to order, came very fast and I really like the product . The phone case is nice and I love the wallet, the magnetic catch is very strong and it looks really nice.

I just got the Oxa wallet case for my iphone 13 Pro Max. First I tried a vegan leather case, followed by the Wilken leather case. Here is the bottom line; There is a HUGE difference between genuine and full grain leather. The quality and color (rustic brown) are top notch. Not only that, Oxa backs their products with a 1 year warranty and even plants a tree or donates to a family in need with your purchase! The wallet easily holds 6 credit cards and your drivers license, along with cash, business cards, etc. The case has a beautiful leather finish with immaculate stitching. There is sufficient camera protection, and on the front screen I can still see a nice lip, even with my tempered glass screen protector. All of the cutouts are absolutely perfect. Oxa needs to be known more and should really be in mainstream retails stores like Best Buy. For $20 more this absolutely DESTROYS the official Apple leather case. A++

I just completed my second purchase at Oxa leather and couldn't be more thrilled. Initially I was put off by the price, but after extensive research, I found it almost impossible to find similar products made with genuine leather.
My first purchase was a case for my iPhone 12 ProMax. This case has seen its fair share of abuse but is still in remarkable shape. I've dropped it several times and both the case and the iPhone survived.
My recent purchase is a couple of leather desk mats, which have received 5 star reviews. I'm sure they will exceed my already high expectations.
I made a dumb mistake on this order. An email to Customer Care received a prompt response, and Ramona was quick to correct my mistake.
The level of quality and workmanship is unsurpassed, especially in this day of mass production and manufacturing. My iPhone case is a true testament to Oxa Leather and the durability of this product. Highly recommended!

Their iPhone case is everything in been looking for for years. I’ve always liked a wallet-style case, because it makes my life easier to keep everything together. The Oxa case is great, because, when you do want to carry just a wallet or a phone you can easily do so. The phone, in its own sturdy case, locks securely into the wallet with a magnet. Both components are attractive and well made So far I’ve had no trouble with it falling out, something I did worry about.

The wallet has four card slots (most have just two or three), as well as a larger compartment for some cash or receipts. Plus, the slots are the perfect size. This might seem obvious, but with cheaper cases, the cards tend to slide in too far, so you have to struggle to get them out.

I had to return the first one because I made a mistake in ordering. I got a full refund, and the process was super quick and easy.

I just received my first Oxa Leather product and I doubt it will be my last. I have been buying high quality leather cell phone wallets for a few years. This is the best of all designs I have seen. It is exceptionally functional, the look and feel is perfect, and it is lacking a design flaw that caused other products to wear out in less than a year. I wish I had discovered Oxa sooner.

I purchased an Oxa case for my iphone 13 mini. The magnet is not strong enough to hold the phone in place. Push the volume up and down buttons pushes the phone from the case. Just opening the case in the checkout line, my phone falls to the floor. The case is in the trash!

You gotta read this review. A friend purchased a screen protector from OKA and I cracked it. I emailed them and they ask for order ID number, which of course I did not know. They took their time and research by name and email to find the order number and sent me a new one at NO COST!! They went above and beyond my expectations!! HATS OFF TO OXA!!!!! Plus I love my leather phone case.

This company goes the extra miles with customer service. First off the products are great quality and made to last. Not to mention that they look amazing! I had a problem with where the monogram was located and I sent them a message. They immediately responded and paid for shipping for me to send back the wallet. The product is great, I had a slight issue with shipping but they handled the problem very quickly!

The appearance and leather is fine, but magnet is week and phone can easily fell off the folio.
I had the Moshi case previously and magnet was much stronger and held my phone better.
I am thinking about buying the Moshi case again to keep my phone safe.
Sorry, but I would not recommend your case.

I am hopelessly connected to my iPhone, hours a day. Business. Pleasure. News. Social media. My phone case needs to be light weight, durable and versatile. I don’t want a separate wallet for my id, credit cards, Covid card, etc. And: I want a case that allows me to remove the phone and use it without the cumbersome stuff I’ve packed into the case up against my face.
All of which is to say that I love my OXA Ramona phone case. It is everything I could want. The leather is soft. The magnetic clip effective. It quietly protects my all important iPhone 13 pro max and the cards inside.
My only slight nitpick about it is that my tesla phone charger cannot charge the phone through the magnetic back. But that’s a small price to pay…

Excellent product! This is my second phone wallet.

I haven’t carried a wallet in 2 years now. Recently needed to start carrying more cards so needed an upgrade from just magnetic 3 card I’d been using. Bought the OXA leather 5 card wallet and case for iPhone 12. Case fits perfect and usability of wallet combo is exactly what I was looking for. I’ve already recommended this product to several people and will be a return customer when this one wears out whether that be in 2 months or 2 years.
