The case was very nice, but my spouse didn’t like that it had less pockets for cards then the other case. Returned for full refund very easily because of their prompt and friendly customer service.

You need to order from OXA…
I cannot say enough good things about this company or the people it employs. I had recently changed phones, and in my haste of ordering a new leather fold case, and I placed my old phone model in the order. I received a response almost immediately from William who informed me it may be difficult to get my original request of color, and asked if I would rather wait for the materials to come in or was there something they could do to assist me. Such immediate courtesy is rare in customer service these days and very much appreciated. I was able to get my original choice just as quickly and was extremely pleased with it, but when I put my phone in I found that it didn’t fit just right, and when I emailed the company, William responded again immediately. I found out that I had made a mistake while ordering, so I decided to order another case in the correct size, and once again, William reached out to offer further assistance. I could not be happier with the quality of product and especially the quality of service and people involved in this company. They have a customer for life in me.

William at OXA Leather was excellent. I ordered the wrong case for a new Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra. They received my return and reshipped the correct one. I also ordered the glass protector and cracked it when installing. He was kind enough to offer a discount code to order a new one. The magnet is strong and my wife loves it to remove the phone to take pictures.

William took very good care of me. I mistakenly ordered the wrong case twice, totally on me. Once I finally got it right on my end, OXA discounted me on the new one as well and issued a partial credit on the incorrect one ordered too. I would highly recommend them
