Oxford Duplication Centre were great, friendly and helpful staff and a quick service. They were able to convert an old 1940s vinyl which was unplayable to us, allowing us to hear the special piano playing of a beloved relative no longer with us. Recommended!

Excellent service! Very professional, fast and efficient. I was really impressed that they could play my 50 year old U-matic tape and produce a superb ProRes file of its contents. Similarly, their system managed to capture a VHS tape from the early 1990s with a much better resolution than I dared hope for. The team at Oxford Duplication provide an invaluable link between old and new technology – and, I’m delighted to say, one that gives me a chance of preserving my personal archive for the future.

After my husband died I found some video footage of him at his birthday party many years ago. I didn’t even know I had it and it was on a very fragile camcorder tape. I entrusted it to Oxford Duplication Centre and they transferred it to a memory stick for me. It is unbelievably precious and I will be forever grateful to the staff there for their skill and professionalism. I would highly recommend the company.

The service was very professional. The cine film I sent in was an unknown quantity. My parents had never seen their wedding film and were overjoyed by the quality of the digital and dvd produced.

I had inherited some old family cine film, had been sat for years meaning to get it digitized and the company is local to me, was easy to find and park - I didn't want to risk posting the sources, so this was important to me. They did a great job considering the age of the film, turnaround was pretty fast. Downloading the results was easy and some very happy elderly family members seeing very old memories. Very glad I finally got around to getting it done.

Absolutely brilliant! Quick, efficient, friendly, and professional. I sent a large box of miscellaneous AV materials including cassette tapes, videos in a number of formats, reel-to-reel tapes, vinyl, slides, etc.. The digitised versions are fabulous and have allowed me to access information from the archive that would otherwise have been lost.

Communication between myself and the company was always prompt and efficient. The process was carried out within a reasonable time span and my original material was returned as soon as they had completed the work. Even when I identified a problem (which, I later discovered, was due to my own television) they pursued the matter from their end without quibble and produced another disc for me.

What a great company. I posted them a 16mm cine film (broken in 3 places), they patched up the film and swiftly converted it into digital form. They did a fantastic job, and they listened to exactly what I wanted and delivered. The staff were so helpful and knowledge, I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

A few months ago I found a couple of Super8 reels in storage. I took them to Oxford Duplication Centre who digitised them and then sent the files to me by email.
ODC did an excellent job copying them, and they were always extremely professional.
