I ordered a personalised wedding sign on Sunday and it’s just been delivered today, Tuesday.

I had encountered a slight problem ( my error) when placing the order and emailed Luck and Luck.
Claire very promptly responded with advice even though this was on Sunday afternoon.
I could then place my order and completed the payment.
Again a quick response saying the order was in progress.

I am so pleased with the sign which will now appear at the wedding venue in October this year and so happy I spotted this great company.

A few weeks ago I ordered 70 personalised acrylic place names for a party last Sunday after a very helpful conversation about the order and they arrived promptly and were great. Last Thursday we needed 2 more names and they produced them that day and got them to me by Friday morning! They really went above and beyond what is usually expected and are really lovely people to deal with. I highly recommend the company.
