Terrible service.
Terrible service, ordered a skip from the 12th to the 14th. It’s the 19th and still hasn’t been collected yet, it’s sitting in my family’s parking space in front of our home. Sent two emails, no reply. Went in person to their office and they claimed they would collect it today and they haven’t. Very unhappy.

Missed bin collection
My bins were not collected on Friday, i was on holidays abroad and sent an email explaining that i hadnt received my bill via email and paid straight away, a lovely agent, Darah, responded to me and told me would look into situation and came back almost immediately and asked if i could leave bins out for the next morning, i unfortunately didnt see email until later saturday afternoon.. went back to Darah and was advised if i could get bins put out on Monday night he would arrange collection on tuesday morning, neighbours put bins out for me, and they were emptied. Darah was so helpful and pleasant and really felt it was above and beyond a normal customer service response .. amazing service .. thank you Darah

Contact impossible
Th delivery and collection was OK, as it turned out. But I wanted to know delivery & pick up times.
The 0818 number was always busy, the 042 number cut off after 22min on hold, my email was not answered. We live remotely and if we are not in, the gate is locked.
If you cannot be contacted, I cannot use you again. Your website did not have a button to register as a new user, either!!!

Respuesta de Oxigen Environmental - Quayside, Dundalk
Hi Jill,
Thank you for your review. We appreciate that timings are needed in the case of locked gates and inaccessible areas but we can usually only give approximate timings for pickup and delivery, similarly to all companies.
We apologise for the breakdown in communication regardless and we hope that you give us another chance in the future.
Kind regards,
The Oxigen Team
A definite "yes"
