Got aircon unit installed and everything went super smoothly. The team was efficient, professional and finish is outstanding. our new build. Really happy with the outstanding service - would definitely recommend them.

Oxygen Air did a brilliant job of installing my heat pumps and inside units. Very professional staff and neat and tidy. The owner Matin Rotteveel gave me great service and follow up. I fully recommend this company.

If Reside in Rotorua HEATPUMP SULPHUR treatment is not up to standard, my HEATPUMP stopped working after 3yrs due to insufficient SULPHUR treatment, OXYGEN Air Tauranga wouldn't replace, or offer to repair unit, had to replace with another installer & went through dispute TRIBUNAL,
Won dispute, Tauranga branch wouldn't pay ,
Eventually ended up at head office ,Auckland an Christian honoured the findings.
This experience with OXYGEN Air tauranga staff was stressful an UNESASARY,
An could have been avoided if they had forward, all relevant information on to head office

The local tech team out of Hamilton are just the best. The techs are everything you want them to be - knowledgeable, respectful, helpful, patient ... would not hesitate to recommend.

Starting with a very experienced sales person (Nathan) who was open to finding solutions to keep 95 percent of the pipework hidden, knew the product range extensively and was also budget focused through to the incredible installers who also devised practical solutions while completing both installations and followed thru with helpful instructions once installed I can genuinely rate this company as 10/10

Absolutely the WORST after-sales service I have ever experienced.
An incredibly frustrating and disappointing ordeal. The person I dealt with lacked the most basic principles of customer service—polite, clear, and respectful communication. Instead, I was met with arrogance, dismissiveness, and a condescending attitude throughout.

I deeply regret ever choosing Oxygenair to install what has turned out to be an unserviceable unit after just five years. When I inquired whether PCB failure this early was expected, I was met with a smug, “When did you get the unit installed? Oh, 2018!”—completely unhelpful and inconsiderate.

To make matters worse:

I paid for a service and received no receipt, no invoice, and no breakdown of what was actually done

When asked what the service involved, she simply read out a generic list, offering no clarity

I was talked down to, disrespected, and my time was completely wasted

They ended up refunding what I paid, but this is not what I wanted. I promptly paid for a service, and in return received nothing but overt disrespect and wasted time.

I expected professionalism. I got none.
Save yourself the stress and avoid this company.

The worst experience with any Company ever!
From changing appointment times, faulty equipment, demanding payment when job was incomplete to a general couldn't care less attitude.
Absolutely disgusted with the overall experience.

From the beginning getting the quote to the finishing installation is really smooth. Good communication! Really happy with the prices and service. I will definitely recommend to anyone from my two good experiences with Oxygen Air.

Nathan came and not only measured our lounge but also asked questions to make sure he supplied the correct unit and made alternative suggestions as to where it should be installed, he really knows his stuff and really cares about getting it right - we love our new heatpump and it works soooo much better than the old one which was majorly underpowered, we couldn't recommend using any other company they are great

Terrible company to deal with. Don’t use unless you want to spend a lot of your personal time following up on the phone chasing up the team and waiting around for technicans. As a lot of reviews on this page have said their Aftersales service is bad. It took 4 months for them to sort out an issue with a aircon unit they installed for us. We got it installed for summer and didn’t get to use as it took them the whole summer to fix

I received excellent advice on a replacement heat pump that perfectly aligned with my requirements. Although the replacement process presented challenges due to changed access to the old unit, the technicians devised an effective workaround. They were very accommodating and returned to the site with additional equipment to implement the solution.

I had several questions about operating the new system, and the after-sales support was outstanding in addressing all my concerns. Additionally, the installation required a minor adjustment to reroute drips from the unit, as this model is highly efficient at removing humidity from the air. Oxygen Air was exceptionally accommodating, ensuring that this issue was promptly resolved

OxyAir were competitive with their pricing and very open with great advice on the various options available.
We chose a ducted system for with which we are delighted with.
The installation team were professional and very friendly.

We just had 4 heat pumps installed . 3 small bedroom units and 1 of the largest units from Fujitsu. The outdoor unit for the large one is huge so be careful where you put this . What pleased me the most about Martin was he knew about customer service and wasn’t going to be beaten on price . Martin also arranged for an electrician to visit who came up with the perfect solution ! I had other companies in before who had suggested completely different locations for the units which we weren’t entirely happy with . Martin visited 3 times and on the day of install turned up 8am to confirm the plan . 11 hrs later, pretty much rained all day , Tom , tony and nino completed a perfect install. I’m not sure they even had a beak . ! Great team . Thinking about getting 1 more !

I had the best end to end customer service experience last weekend with Oxygen Air. Martin Rotteveel initial consult visit instantly built trust in me that his company was the right one for the job. He listed to my questions and patiently answered them all while being mindful of my busy work from home schedule in and between meetings. He kept on top of communication with me and his team right till the end to make sure my installation date was eventually booked. Megan who answered the phone was kind, attentive and always reassured me with all my questions & quickly had a alternative date booked when there my delays from my end. The technicians Brandon & Sheldon worked as a great team and even went over the hours to make sure everything was up to spec - always checking with me if I was happy with any ideas they proposed. Krish came in on his day off to delivery parts so the installation could carry on smoothly. Overall, a very collaborative team with outstanding customer service! I will be recommending Oxygen Air to everyone ! Thank you Team !
