I referred my brother when they had promotion free 10 bucks for both. He had his paycheck direct deposit and someone did atm withdrawals in Canada he's never been to Canada. He's out a whole paycheck and they refunded $5 for one fee when there were several $5 international fees. They haven't done anything to find out who and how they didn't have his card but it says they used his card it's been in his pocket the whole time. Over a thousand is felony charges they better get to finding out who has access to that information and refund his money

I received a card in the mail with my name from Oxgen. Looked suspicious. I call the CS and she said I may be a victim of identity theft. I asked for her to tell me what info they have and how it was submitted. She said she can't provide me that info. I cursed her out and told her that's BS. It is my right to get what you have on file under consumer act. Ppl don't fall for this s@#$. I asked her to send me proof of the account closed and the b@#$% sends me a generalized letter. I then proceed to tell her why isn't the account on there and she says that's all she can give me. Again BS.

Received a strange email advising my account has been flagged by their security monitoring system. WHAT ACCOUNT? I've never even heard of this company and DEFINITELY didn't open an account. The whole thing sounds like a scam. Very concerning. Has me wondering what other information of mine is out there.
I'll be sure to report this to the BBB

I received a card that I never applied for. i tried calling to close this account as I never applied for it. Customer Service is horrible. Seems like a scam to me

I'm sorry to hear about so many bad experiences with this bank. I knew something was fishy when I received emails from them about an account I never setup. They also said that I received a card. Glad I did a review instead of contacting them or clicking any links. I will just block them from my email. Thanks for all the reviews guys and sorry for your losses.

This “bank” sent me e-mails and a debit card that I didn’t ask for. Why? Looks like a horrible scam because they want me to deposit money. Crazy. I don’t want to waste time calling them.

This bank is a scam! Straight trash! My money cleared and was supposed to be available in my account and yet I see nothing. Every time I contact them they keep tellin me something different every time. They don’t give a damn. I basically got scammed out of 400$! And I will be takin this to court
