Ordered Orca wetsuit. Chose S6 - same size as my sleeveless. Far too small, so returned & requested an S8. Also too small. Explained to staff who agreed to a refund. Excellent customer service.

Great company, I received exactly what I ordered with in a week, taking in the Easter break holidays.
I was sent a tracking number so I could follow my purchase.

Great customer service
I had a fantastic customer service experience with Fran. I required four of the same item. I placed my order, however the website didn’t reflect the actual stock level. Fran made sure I received the items I required without extra cost or any delay to the delivery timeline. I’ll happily be a repeat customer.

Terrible service
Terrible service, waiting for order for weeks only to be notified they are still waiting for half of the ordered items to come back in supply. When order finally partly send items changed to “comparable”.

Absolutely fantastic service
Absolutely fantastic service, and easy communication over email when I needed to cancel an order / delivery time delay due to a supplier issue (not an Oz backcountry issue). They were super helpful with same day email responses and went over and above to rectify everything as requested. Repeat customer, many thanks again!!
