26 days later, still no product

Still waiting for my headphones 26 days after ordering. Won't be buying from this company again.

Hi Simon! We are saddened to hear that your parcel hasn't arrived at the time of you writing this review.
We put trust and faith into all carriers that parcels will be delivered within the stated ETA, however, Items are dispatched from the UK, therefore international postal delays can happen, which is why we ask customers to please allow the carrier some time to deliver.
I can't see any communication from yourself to our Customer Service team, however i've sent you a direct email with further information on your parcel.

Buyer beware!

This shop pretends to be located in Australia. It is located in Britain.
Ordered 24 March, received 18 APRIL!
Disgusting. The only thing authentic about this whole order was the product was genuine.

We state clearly on our website that we are an Australian registered business, however, all items are dispatched from the UK which is where our warehouse and office are located.
This information can be found at the bottom of our site on all pages, in the delivery/payment section, and in our terms of sale.
We are fully transparent to all customers regarding our location and encourage customers before placing an order to read such information.

Amazing online gaming store!
I found them on Catch of the Day when I made a purchase there. Then I started to go direct and save so much money. They even offer free Postage once you spend I think it is as little as $50 (maybe $100) They give you rewards points when You purchase and currently they have a 10% of voucher for Easter! Amazing 🥰

Great products, fantastic prices

Easy website to use. Great variety of collectables available. You can earn points back, which convert to $$ off next shop, just another great thing to add on top of the lowest prices I've found online.

One of my staple sites to shop from

I love ordering my TCG products through ozgameshop. Their prices are competitive and shipping is free for orders over $50...what more can you want.

I always receive my items promptly and well packaged. Highly recommended.
