They use to be good but lately I've had orders arrive damaged ,not arive at all and them claiming to be out of stock a month after I has bought an item, causing the item to be out of stock everywhere and me no longer being able to buy it anywhere..
ORDER at your own risk, this store is either incompetent or a scam. Their prices aren't even good anymore.

Didn't receive half of order
Ordered two items. Shipped separately. Second one arrived within two weeks. First one hasn't arrived after over a month. Have contacted them twice with no response.
Edit: Nope, I did not receive a single email in regards to their reply. I just rechecked my email, the only emails I received were the ones immediately after sending the contact forms and were emails acknowledging you have received them. No solutions.

Hi Dylan! Certain items are held at an overflow warehouse which first have to be brought to our main dispatching warehouse before they can be dispatched out to customers.
Your items were dispatched 24hrs apart so the item in question should have arrived shortly after.
I can see you did contact us on the 24th & 28th Feb which we replied on both occasions within 48hrs providing a solution and haven't received a response.

Ozgameshop has been an incredible source for all my blu ray needs since I've discovered it. They're affordable and local, therefore arrive in a timely fashion. In addition their loyalty system offers great rewards for returning customers. Fantastic site.
