Great experience. This was my very first stay and I am very impressed with cleanliness of home and attention to detail. There are certain items we are waiting on (like a bed in lower room and window treatments) but if it is this good now I can’t wait when house has all the amenities. The furniture and decor is excellent quality and taste. Ramon the home manager was very attentive as well as Terry who sold me the home. Great team all around and beautiful home, location and overall experience.

For the most part, the experiences have been positive, staff have been very supportive. However, there is some areas for concern. For example, the list price was increased after I was quoted the initial price. And then, another amount was tagged on top of that, even though I was informed that was refundable at the time of resale.

We completed the purchase of a 1/8 share in a Pacaso home in early April 2022. Excellent, smooth acquisition process overall. Geoff, our sales rep, was extremely responsive to our questions and information requests during the due diligence period. Everyone we have interacted with so far at Pacaso has been very professional and helpful. Our first stay is coming up in a few weeks!

We had a great stay but various things were either under repair,backorder or in need of.

fireplace jerry-rigged to operate
need squeegee for showers
window blinds not all working
no microwave
small table by master tub
the house is awesome,view incredible just need to bring it up to Pacaso standard

I was scheduled to have a call with your Sales Rep, Pete Weiss at 11:30 am PT.

He was late to the call (and that's fine) and then rather than doing a zoom call, he proposed doing facetime as he was at the airport. Now, while at the airport, while on a facetime with me, he was totally distracted, walking and looking all around, including placing his phone on the floor to tie his shoelaces.

His attention was everywhere except on the call and that left me completely dissatisfied with his answers and with his lackadaisical attitude.

I thought I would share my horrible experience with you as this is not the way to sell a multi-million dollar home.

The whole buying process from start to finish was so smooth. No hassles whatsoever and enough support to help explain everything and with onboarding till the first stay. Now, I am looking forward to a lot more stays.

Chris Alfred and the Entire Pacaso Team made the purchase of our first Pacaso home very easy and smooth from our initial introduction to the property to the final closing. They were responsive to all of our questions and the entire process took about one month.
After the purchase, our key contacts were introduced and they made our ownership transition and orientation simple, making sure that reservations for property use could be made simple in the upcoming months.
Overall, the Pacaso team made co-ownership of a vacation home easy and enjoyable. We look forward to enjoying our new home with the Pacaso team guiding us!

Pacaso has a very different model that fits us perfectly. I can't afford 100% of the type of home that would be right for us, and couldn't use it enough to justify the expense anyway. And, I've seen too many instances where the second home owners spend so much of their time on upkeep and maintenance, not enjoying their time away from daily life. We're excited about our Pacaso adventure.

Pacaso came through and gave me everything I dreamed of. I was looking for a home in Hawaii on the ocean with outstanding views. I looked for years but couldn’t afford anything. I wondered how I could split the cost with friends or family, but then Pacaso came along and problem solved! Paul K

The entire process from beginning to end was handled in a highly professional and “pain free” manner. Having bought and sold a number of homes over the years, I was amazed how streamlined and well executed the close process was. Everyone we interacted with was very friendly and highly professional. We recently purchased a 1/8 share in an already established LLC from a seller wishing to exit. The negotiation over price was straight-forward and efficient. I had a fairly detailed set of questions about the property and maintenance needs, much of which was answered by Pacaso sharing the most recent Home Inspection and Appraisal.

The entire financial pathway was clear. Availability of Pacaso personnel was never a problem.

Post sale we've greatly enjoyed meeting our house manager and receiving two orientations and her speedy responses to our new-be questions.

The booking app took about 9 days to turn on, which is excessive.

We've yet to make our first stay (soon!) and expect top-notch service and support, a beautiful home, and a great stay, all based on our experiences thus far.

Very simple and seamless second home ownership. Straightforward and no timeshare gimmicks.

We have been looking for a second home in Napa, CA for several years. Anytime we found something we liked, the process stopped due to fear of long distance maintenance issues and our ability to spend enough time there to make the purchase worth it. Our budget didn’t stretch as far as we wanted and we knew it would be impossible to oversee construction when improvements were needed. Also we feared it would sit empty much of the year and would create some guilt about spending vacation time anywhere else.

Walking into the Pacaso home solved all of those issues. We now have a perfect amount of time (44 nights/year for us is plenty) in a beautiful, fully maintained, impeccably decorated home that is so much nicer than what we could afford on our own. In fact, our share purchase was 1/3 of our original budget.

The closing process was quick and unbelievably easy (still can’t believe how fast it was) and the booking app seems equitable and easy to use as well. They allowed us to schedule several stays before closing so we knew it wouldn’t be difficult to access the time we wanted. The house manager is terrific (she spent many years in high-end hospitality) and everyone we have worked with at Pacaso answered every question we had. So glad we did this. We can’t wait to enjoy our new amazing vacation home!
