The house was thoughtfully stocked, well cleaned and operational ! Loved the experience !

I just shared my first stay with friends and family. I would have never justified buying such an amazing place without pacaso! Looking forward to the memories.

The whole process from beginning to end was positive. We had all our questions answered, and pricing was straightforward. Pacaso takes their time to get to know you and makes the decision making process pleasant for once!

We love our Pacaso. We are 30 minutes from home but feel a world away. We arrive to an immaculate home, with every detail looked after. Fresh ocean breeze, 180 degree views of the Pacific, sounds of the waves, beautiful sunrises and sunsets, direct access to the beach….its a magical place for our family to spend time together and create memories.

In just a matter of days, we went from sadness to happy. We had to cancel our vacation trip to Mexico -- but at the same time, my wife found a Pacaso link to our dream house: a stunningly beautiful house at the right size (3br/3ba), the right city and neighborhood (Palm Springs), and the right price (i.e., completely affordable). Next, in an easy-to-manage whirlwind of phone and zoom calls, user-friendly documents, signings, and funds transfers, we were second home owners. A gigantic thank you to every person on the Pacaso team that we talked to: everything was done with smiles and cheer. We can't recommend Pacaso enough. Truly a wonderful experience.

Outstanding patience with questions & straightforward answers through the sales process. We looked at a number of homes over 6+ months before moving forward. Very impressed with the members of the sales team that we worked with.

The legal structure is complex, but I think it makes sense for the shared ownership model they are creating. I had it reviewed by outside counsel who concluded that their documents were well thought out & drafted.

We haven't stayed at the house yet, but our initial interactions with the property manager have been great as well.

We couldn't be happier following our purchase of a second home with Pacaso. We looked in two different markets and met with three different members of their team and everyone was really great. The purchase was easy and we now have access to the booking application... it is exactly what we were expecting and as described to us. We have reserved our future stays and can't wait for the enjoyable times we spend in our new house without all the normal work that owning a typical second home brings. Thank you!

The concept is great but I would wait a while for them to figure things out. The sales process was quick even though we had our doubts we went through with the purchase. It seems like as soon as the sale was done we were handed off to a home manager that was simply set up for failure. I would have rather waited than use family time to stay in a home that felt rushed and incomplete.

We are happy to have an opportunity to co-own a fabulous second home for a fraction of a full market price. The purchase process was simple, transparent and fast. Looking forward to our family vacation stays.

Their contracting process is a mess and although I went through with my purchase they still have not completed the setup for the $2,800,000 house. I was promised that the hot tub would be ready by my first stay. Now with less than a week before my stay they are saying that they have not been able to install it. I would have NEVER bought a ski house without a hot tub.

Our Pacaso home ownership experience has been nothing short of amazing!!! The home is awesome, appointed great and in a fantastic location bay front and 2 blocks from the ocean. We look forward to making memories there for a long time

The whole Pacaso experience was great from start to finish! The thorough explanation and follow up was amazing. From the first phone call to closing it was a stream less easy process. Can not wait to enjoy our vacation home!

All the people contacted in connection with this purchase were courteous and helpful. The documentation through Docusign was disconcerting at first, but facilitated easy completion.
