Pacific for Less arranged the best vacation experience ever. We went to four different islands and the resorts recommended by Claudia( Pacific for Less) were phenomenal. The resort we picked was a disappointment, lesson learned. The arrangements for accommodations, flights, and transfers was flawless. Most important was the support provided during our trip. They checked on us to ensure all was going well. Looking forward to our next experience with Pacific for Less! We know it will be the best!

My husband and I started planning where we wanted to go for our 10 year wedding anniversary several years ago. Feb of 2021, we found Pacific For Less by recommendations for the French Polynesian islands through some travel websites. We reached out to them and decided to start working with them to get our anniversary planned.
Fast forward to Feb of 2021. Three days before we were supposed to leave, the islands shut their boarder due to covid. PFL was FANTASTIC at helping us reschedule everything. It took almost no effort on our part to get the trip rescheduled. I don't want to imagine how stressful it would have been having to try to reschedule everything on our own while both working full time.
We will be return customers and have been telling everyone about them for travel needs!

Our experience with Jennifer at PFL was nothing short of exceptional! Her enthusiasm was contagious and she graciously dealt with my long drawn out conversations. I had so much fun planning this trip for our 30th wedding anniversary with Jennifer because a large part of the details were a surprise for my wife. She knew of course that we were going, but she was not aware of the locations. Jennifer really took the time to get to know us and what kind of travelers we were and made several recommendations on what she thought we would prefer for accommodations. We were hoping to make it out to Tikehau, but the interisland flights weren't working well at all with the rest of our trip itinerary so we had to adjust our plans. We ended up visiting Moorea (3 nights), Taha'a (3 nights), Huahine (3 nights) and Bora Bora (4 nights) with 1 night in Tahiti before our departure. Jennifer was extremely flexible as they typically do not book stays in Huahine because there aren't any 4 or 5 star hotels on the island, but she trusted our expectations of the resort we wanted to stay at and felt comfortable handling all of the arrangements for us. That is above and beyond in my opinion. We established a great working relationship and we really trusted her opinions. I am always the planner and like to be in control. It was outside of my comfort zone to let someone else take the reins and plan out all of the logistics and I'm so glad that we decided to work with PFL. The transfers were flawless and even when we arrived in Tahiti and unexpectedly spent almost 3 hours waiting to get through customs, PFL was dealing with their on-site team to make sure we were all set with the later ferry to Moorea since we clearly going to miss the one we were originally schedule on.

This was a bucket list dream trip and hands down the best vacation we have ever taken. My father-in-law had passed away just a couple weeks before our trip, we closed on the sale of our house the day before we left, and work was an absolute grind. We were able to disconnect from reality, soak up the the beauty that surrounded us in each unique island, reconnect as a couple and come back home truly refreshed. This once in a lifetime trip will probably be repeated sooner than later! Thank you Jennifer for a wonderful experience and we look forward to booking with you again!

Cannot say enough amazing things about our experience with booking our trip back to Bora Bora through Pacific For Less! We had originally booked our trip in January 2020 for a stay in June 2020 to celebrate our 5 year wedding anniversary. However, due to the onset of the pandemic, our trip had to be rescheduled not once, nor twice, but three separate times due to resort reopening dates changing, flight dates not lining up etc. We stayed 9 wonderful nights at the St Regis Bora Bora in November 2020! Our original booking was meant for 8 nights with breakfast included, but Pacific For Less was able to work a deal with us to give my husband and I an extra night with breakfast AND dinner included all days due to our trip date changes! Throughout the entire rescheduling changes during the pandemic, Pacific For Less could not have been more amazing. The whole staff was so communicative, flexible, and made the whole process SO much less stressful. They excel at the 5 star experience with arranging every minor detail from arrival, to tours during your stay, recommendations for things to do on the island and departure. My husband and I could go on and on about how amazing this trip was! On our way back home, my husband said during the flight “we are definitely coming back and we are definitely booking with Pacific For Less again!” I am already counting down the days until we can return again for our 10 year anniversary :) Special shoutout to Claudia, Cathi, Monika and Jeanna for being so awesome! When I looked into planning a bucket list trip to Bora Bora I found Pacific For Less in my search. After reading their reviews I decided to give then a try. Not only did they plan a fantastic trip and get me a great package rate, but they were there every step of the way to ensure things went smoothly. Their attention to detail was flawless. We just arrived back from our trip to French Polynesia and our first thought was how thankful we were to have booked our trip through Pacific For Less.

We began booking this trip a year and a half ago but because of Covid there were several changes and setbacks. At every turn, Jennifer, Jeanna and Monika graciously helped us through the changes and provided reassurance. Jennifer also kept us informed of the ever-changing French Polynesia restrictions and requirements and answered many related questions. We would not have been able to this on our own.

We rarely use a travel agent but because we wanted to go to both Moorea and Bora Bora it seemed easier to coordinate transfers and such through an agent. In our search we happened upon Claudia from Pacific For Less who first asked us questions about what was most important to us for the vacation. Afterwards she provided options for accommodations that were tailored specifically to us. In addition she had first-hand knowledge of each resort which helped us make informed decisions. And true to their name she provided recommendations to help us keep costs down during the trip, which was very important to us.

The resorts Claudia recommended were gorgeous and the excursions were memorable. Her staff was very easy to work with and so accommodating. We would highly recommend Pacific For Less to anyone considering a trip to French Polynesia, and there’s no doubt we’ll be planning future vacations with them.

My husband and I had planned our honeymoon for April 2020 and due to the pandemic we had to cancel 2 times and on the 3rd try we finally made it to French Polynesia. Claudia was amazing the entire time and by the end was like our family. I am so glad we used Pacific for Less. They made everything so easy and it was the best trip we have ever had!! The entire team was texting and communicating with us up till the very end and even checking in on the trip. There were last minute changes due the flight cancelation and nothing was ever an issue. We first started working with Pacific For Less in December 2019 on a trip to French Polynesia we were scheduled to take in June 2020. Like a lot of people, we had to postpone our dream vacation for a year. The care they took about making our vacation become a reality was tremendous. We highly recommend that anyone considering a trip to French Polynesia to use PFL for all their travel arrangements, you will be very glad you did. Their expertise was especially valuable this year as the travel requirements were exacting and challenging to get into the country(we were among the very first visitors to arrive in early May). I don't know where to begin. Our original honeymoon plans were drastically changed from Europe to Bora Bora...and we are so glad they did! Jennifer was so patient and wonderful putting together different options for us to choose from. Her expertise and advice helped us choose the trip of a lifetime! Planning during a pandemic is no easy task but everyone at Pacific for Less made it a lot less stressful and were always there to answer questions and reassure us of everything. All of the little details were taken care of including a welcome at the airport so we knew where to go next. Everything was great. We got the exact trip booked we wanted with every detail covered. When we had to cancel last year due to covid they took care of moving everything at no extra charge. I have no words to describe how professional and awesome this travel agency is. Above all they are persons who really care for you and for your holiday to be absolutely perfect. I spent 7 days in Bora Bora for my Honeymoon and they quoted the really cheapest solution compared to all the others travel agencies. Had a very little problem during my stay and they immeadiately intervene to help me. My husband and I used Pacific For Less to plan our honeymoon and we could not be happier to have found them on a quick Google search. We had to reschedule our trip two times because of COVID and I cannot imagine having to do that on my own. They took care of changing all the dates of the flights/hotels/excursions and worked closely with us to make sure everything was perfect. They were extremely experienced which we loved and they had actually visited the resorts as well. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone and everyone we know!

Pacific for Less exceeded our expectations in every way. We stayed at the Moorea Hilton for the first 4 days and had a lovely upgraded room with a pool as well as various activities included. We then went to the most beautiful place on Earth- Bora Bora. We stayed at the St Regis for 5 more nights in an over the water bungalow so we could watch the fish swim by. There was complete luxury, organization, beauty and attention to detail. From feeding the stingrays to swimming with the fish and sharks to eating amazing healthy food, the St Regis surpassed all our dreams. After 20 years of travel using agencies and self booking we have never had a package like the one offered by Pacific for Less. We are very grateful during Covid that we had this break. Thank you so much to the team who answered all our numerous questions and gave us so many helpful hints.

Cathi was patient with my numerous questions and change requests. Because of pandemic, she was very honest about what to expect and how travel can be impacted. I was very appreciative of her honesty and the information she provided.

Monika and Jeanna are diligent about following up prior and during the trip. They were helpful in restaurant bookings and other excursions. We had rainy weather one day and PFL was able to re-arrange everything for me.

I'm so impressed that I am putting together a package for my parents. :)

We just got back from another amazing vacation at the St Regis Bora Bora with our 3 kids thanks to the girls at Pacific For Less!! We have always used them for our travels to Bora Bora and have always referred to our friends because of their professionalism and best of price. Since we were flying during Covid with young kids and with another family, it was very nerve racking but Claudia and Jennifer answered all our questions making us feel reassured and safe. They gave us all the info needed to take the Covid test in our city. They really did go above and beyond looking for the available dates since we were trying to coordinate with another family. Everything was taken care of once we booked the dates from our itinerary of the Shark Sting Ray excursion, welcoming champagne in our room, our couple massage. The hotel was aware that we will be traveling with a baby and outfitted our room with baby bathtub, bath toys, a little St Regis robe and supplies (lotion, shampoos, diaper rash, wipes). We can’t thank you enough PFL and look forward to our next St Regis getaway!!

Pacific for Less has been so great since Day 1. From Cathi, Monika, Jeanna, to Jennifer (Sorry if I missed anyone); everyone was so easy to work with and helpful. I normally book all of our vacations by myself but for Bora Bora I decided to use a travel agency and was not disappointed one bit. I inquired with many travel agencies but after talking to Cathi, I knew Pacific for Less was the right decision. From her confidence to her honest opinions and suggestions, she really helped me pick the right resort for my husband and I, Le Bora Bora to stay at.

We booked Le Bora Bora on a whim as it was being renovated and there were no pictures or reviews of the updated property. But Cathi reassured us it would be amazing, and she did not disappoint. We ended up booking the overwater bungalow with pool and while there, many other couples who booked through other travel agencies didn’t even know about this room category.

We received a complimentary shark and stingray tour snorkeling tour with Pacific for Less and it was the highlight of our trip. The Raanui tour guide, the son of the owner, went above and beyond for our tour. Upgrade to the picnic lunch, you wont be disappointed!

Customer service provided by Pacific for Less is top notch. I was able to communicate with the team via text, phone, and email. They were easily accessible during our trip had we needed them.

We booked our trip before the pandemic and was continuously updated of Tahiti’s guidelines for tourism. We ended up having to stay one more night as the airline adjusted their flight schedule, Pacific for Less notified us of the changes and we were able to update our trip accordingly.

To sum it up, if we had the chance to visit Bora Bora again, we would not hesitate to book via Pacific for Less!
