Just had my delivery via packfleet, DHL delivery.
Was impressed with the notifications and tracking information, was able to gauge roughly how long the driver would be. Would be even better if we had a live nap, instead of just the yellow line. But liked the fact of knowing how many other deliveries he had to do before mine! Great service!

Excellent company - wish all other companies would be like this one. Kept me up to date with delivery times, arrived on time and the driver was top notch in his customer attitude and handed me the parcel with a smile. More than happy with the service. I'd give 10 stars if I could!

Excellent communication from start to finish - although most delivery companies I used so far provide a 1 hour delivery slot, none of them provided a 'real time' tracking service of the delivery van as Packfleet which is very useful. Delivery as scheduled with first class delivery service - much appreciated!

My delivery with this company was fantastic. If you could bottle up the politeness I would buy some to spray some of the other delivery drivers.

Just had my parcel delivered by Packfleet, and my experience with this firm was excellent! I had emails informing me of the estimated delivery time, I could track the van, and my parcel was delivered on time! My parcel was handled with care and the courier was friendly and polite. I definitely recommend this firm!

The clue is in the review title. Packfleet make efficient delivery, whilst keeping the recipient totally informed by message, look effortless. I don’t know why more companies don’t use them. They totally raise the game of the company I purchase from by seamless, timely delivery, in sign written vans and with friendly delivery drivers. I would give them 6+ stars if I could.

Packfleet always provide notice of when they will deliver ( and the name of the driver which is nice and a personal touch). They always deliver when they say they will and provide updates if there are any issues so you can plan accordingly. Very good service.
