Hi there, I ordered a hoodie with a Flying Scotsman logo, which arrived just a couple of days later. It is a perfect fit, in a great shade of bottle green. I have long arms and sometimes sleeves come up a bit short, but these are just right. I am a steam railway enthusiast and will probably order another one! Thank you.

Nicely made Porsche jacket. Little delay in delivery but great value for money.

Porsche logo a little on the large ans bright side. But that’s personal choice.

I ordered the wrong size t-shirt initially and sent the garment back. Paddywear have a policy to refund or exchange for returned items. I specified the correct size, and for an exchange item to be sent to me. There was no problem in the new item being sent to me and I am very pleased with the quality of the replacement item. Communication was very good throughout the transaction. A good company to deal with.

I have used this service on numerous occasions and there's never been any issues.
Once I realised I had made a mistake in ordering , after contacting them they rectified the adjustments and proceeded.

Absolute scam. Never received the product.

Shocking experience and still no resolution. Bought a tshirt online and never delivered. Communication very poor kept telling me to contact royal mail but no option available and sent back to Paddywear. Eventually they agreed to refund but 5 weeks sonce ordering and 2 weeks since confirmation of refund still not refunded. This was not a cheap product so expected quality service but they don't seem to care about resolving problem or refunding for an item not recieved. I would not recommend ordering and up there with the worst service I have experienced. I hope this review triggers them to finally resolve and refund

The website is a total scam, been waiting on a refund for nearly 2 weeks and the live help chat could only reply with “k” when I’ve asked about a refund. In the process of reporting the website and contacting my bank.

The quality of the matierials is good but the customer service is not, its like the people on the live chat and the email service do not communicate with each other. A personalized order was delivered without the personalization and thus meaning I could not give it as a gift I suggested them resending the order out with the personalisation and I would send the original back, that didnt happen, then I suggested a partial refund of the extra I paid so I could get it embroided elsewhere, but even that took weeks of chasing back and forth emails kept saying they actioned it but never did, ended up having to raise a paypal dispute for the agreed partial refund amount back, wont be using again.

The logos are worse than the fakes in Turkey
Bought 2 hats and was refused a refund as "they are made to order" despite thier website saying you can get a refund if you return them
