Padstyler turned our empty custom closet into a staged one to help customers visualize how the closet could look with their clothing. The staged image they supplied was nearly perfect from the start and was easy to make revisions until I had what I needed.

Easy peasy. Look great, prices fair.

Their designers have a great sense of color and scale. I was very impressed with their very first attempt at virtual staging 5 rooms. Work was done in a timely manner. I would definitely use them again.

The virtual staged photos looked great. I didn't have to request any revisions (which is unusual when working with some of the competitor companies).

I sent them my pictures and they came back in 2 days beautifully staged - I would definitely use them again.

Mixed Feelings.

I have used them before. Quick version: Their output is first rate but the response time is not.

I was willing to pay a significant amount as I worry less about cost for my Real Estate clients and prefer to focus on results.

I asked to have 26 photos done with 7 of them requiring replacement of furniture.

There was a lot of back and forth.

When they sent me the "pre-work" invoice it was for 13 photos with 6 requiring replacement of furniture. I inquired about this, and they said they picked the best ones. I said ok and paid...and to be fair they were right...I didn't need 26 photos. I appreciate the savings but did find it odd that they decided which photos to use and which to "re-furnish" without consulting me.

As a Realtor time is of the essence. On October 28th they confirmed to me they got the photos with the correct resolution. That was a Friday and their website says for non-rush orders you would get the results in "two business days or less". So I figured I would get them by Tuesday.

On Tuesday I sent an inquiry as to estimated time of arrival and they responded saying: "My designers are aggressively working on your order . It is our top priority. It will be ready by tonight."

Based on their word, I let my clients, who were very eager to go to market, know, and ordered a For Sale Sign to go up the next day. No photos came through that night so the commitment was not kept.

When I did get the photos the next day, three required revision. Their website says there are unlimited revisions so this is great...unfortunately the website does not tell you how long it will take. Two photos were of the same room but with different furniture so one needed to be changed to be in sync. One was an error on our side and we needed a desk that was in a photo removed, and the third was a situation where they had placed a table & chairs in an entranceway where it would be impossible for it to actually exist. My clients felt it was misleading so we simply needed the table and chairs removed. Everything else was fine.

Timing had become critical at this point (the for sale sign was up, Feature Sheets with the pictures needed to be prepared and set to the printer etc..)

I messaged them twice with no response. The third time I sent a message asking them to at least let me know they had received the request. I got a response saying: "Hello Alan
Feedback received. We are working on it."

A few hours later I sent another message asking for an ETA and they said:

"Hello Alan
Revisions can take up to 24 hours depending on the extent of changes."

Clearly the original message that they were "working on it" was not true. Absolutely nobody was working on it.

More than 24 hours have now passed. I have messaged them more than once today but feel like I am being ghosted.

I have had to pay someone else to fix one of the photos as I needed it critically, but I still need the others and want them to do all threee photos as promised.

I'm still waiting.

Update: I originally gave them three stars because the final product is good. I have reduced it to 2 stars because the business day had ended without receiving any of the revised photos. They simply told me I can download and use the ones that are good. Do they understand Real Estate at all? They clearly don't get that we work under time pressure to get a listing up. There is no useable picture of the Living Room in the ones I have. How do you list a property without a picture of the Living Room?

It seems things only get done in the evening or at night. I am not sure if everyone there has day jobs but if you find the company on LinkedIn it also seems a good number of their staff are in India. I actually have no problem with that, but don't tell me your staff are "working on it" if they are really fast asleep due to time zone differences.

Always dependable and reliable with great staging pics! They also communicate back in a timely manner if I need any changes. I would highly recommend this company!!
