With removing the staging for a listing, I needed a refresh visual on the MLS too. I took advantage of the quick turnaround they do and another marketing advantage!

This is the first time using PadStyler. I found the company somewhat inexperienced. They have a good system of uploading photos and labeling them, along with asking for the clients suggestions. However, that showed to be a waste of time because they did not follow the suggestions at all. In fact, they don't seem to have the capability of creating room setups outside of their pre-set catalog. It took 2 business days to get virtually staged photos back, another 2 business days for revisions, and then another 2 business days for 3 extremely minor deletions. You should be aware that this company does not work weekends, and seems to be on another timezone altogether (outside of the US), making for frequent delays in not only production, but also communication. I expressed multiple times that I was getting pressure from seller for the prints, but that did not seem to expedite the employees in any way. I can understand 2 days for originals, but 2 days for revisions, and then another 2 for a minor change is simply not acceptable in a time sensitive industry.

Great to work with! They provided my virtual staging in a timely manner. I wanted some changes to one of them. They made the changes I requested quickly and happily. I will use them again.
