I love Pagazzi, always buy my wall art and lights etc from there, staff are excellent, great choice and great prices. Recently placed a back order with Braehead’s store and Tony was amazing, great customer service and really went above and beyond to get me what I wanted. Thank you

Spent almost £500 on lights, seen this shop a million times but never used it before so when we moved house decided to give it a go. Couple of the items were not suitable and took them back to get a refund with the intention of buying other things. I was told it would be at least ten working days for this to be refunded. So told them I would wait to see how this goes before buying anything else. Very glad that I did. Returned the items on the 26th June and still not got my full refund back as of yet. I was told this is due to items being with the courier. Don’t see why this is my issue, all items were returned to the shop and were unopened. No one wants to speak to me and the only option is to use the chat option. Slow to reply, takes days. Will never use this company again . Avoid at all costs!

Lovely show room packed full of lighting ideas, well worth the 2 hour drive to get there. The website is very good too but it's better to see these things in real life if you are spending a lot of money.
Lots to choose from, plenty of different styles and colour combinations and I felt the quality was good too. Staff helpful and pleasant to deal with, they answered my queries well and I didn't feel I was getting a hard sell which would have put me off.
Shop easy to find with plenty of parking.
Over all, a good experience, I bought more than I went for as I saw things that I really liked and would certainly return when needing more lighting ideas.

Adam the deputy manager is brilliant . I went in a month ago to buy a floor lamp to match ones I’d bought 12 months ago . There were none in the shop as discontinued . Adam took the trouble to go online and found one in another store ex display and ordered it for me . He advised about the different bulbs I wanted information for and I was really happy with all his efforts . I then got a call from him some weeks later to say the lamp had arrived . Again when I went to pick it up he carried it to my car , adjusted my car seats to fit it in and off I went . His attention to detail , brilliant customer service , going the extra mile was so lovely .Thankyou Adam 😊

We only went for a bedroom mirror but the choice was brilliant! No pressure sales but helpful when we asked for tape measure. Got a beautiful mirror and packaged by a very helpful man at the till. He went above and beyond to check mirror and repack so we could get it in car. Excellent store!

I ordered a table from Paggazi, and while the table itself arrived about two weeks ago, it was missing the screws required for assembly. Since then, I’ve reached out to their customer service three times (soon to be four) and still haven’t received any updates or the missing parts.

It's incredibly frustrating to receive an incomplete product and be left in the dark with no communication or resolution. At this point, the table is just taking up space and completely unusable. I expected better service and accountability from a company like Paggazi.

Unless you enjoy chasing down basic parts and being ignored, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

Purchased two tables from the Bolton store, staff were friendly and helpful, we are very pleased with the purchases that we made they look good and are sturdily made, due to waiting for an operation I could not do any lifting so I would like to give a shout out to girl in the hijab (sorry I did not get her name) who had to load the car for me, thanks.

To conclude what has been a dreadful customer service saga. After purchasing multiple light fittings from Lakeside Outlet Store. Spending over £600.00
Staff in store all very good and extremely helpful.
The same cannot be said of senior management of Pagazzi Lighting.
Due to one light having what the manager claims to be cosmetic damage we are unable to return the light as we have adjusted the connection fittings. They would be unable to sell on. Why.........would you attempt to sell a damaged light to another unsuspecting customer.
The company as a sign if goodwill offered a 20% discount. This equates to £31.00. To access this very disappointing offer of goodwill means we have to drive over 200 miles to return to the Outlet store.
Needless to say my opinion of this company does not get any better. For any customer using this company please check your light fittings before purchase and leaving the store, this means unpacking and fully inspecting the fittings prior to purchase. Something most of us possibly would not consider doing.
Unless you live near the store you arw visiting. Unfortunately for us not an option available.
I trusted purchasing from a lighting retailer I thought were offering good quality fittings.
Needless to say I am now left with a light fitting which is not worth what was paid.

Bought two bedside touch lamps from the Doncaster Lakeside store. When we got them home one had an uneven base so wouldn’t stand straight. Took it back following day and item was replaced immediately. No fuss no problems. Warranty on light bulbs purchased too. Excellent service.
