Absolutely appalled with this company. I tried to cancel my order within a short space of time of ordering. They asked why and I explained I had found sinilare cheaper with another compan. Only then was told the order was already processed so this could not be cancelled. I then asked how I would go about returning them and was told to wait until they arrived, as they were sure I would change my mind. I have NEVER received the order and the company will.not reply to my recent emails. They have kept my money though - despite someone called ACE telling me since September that they were processing my refund

This is totally unacceptable and extremely poor customer service.

Sent me wrong size
They agreed via PayPal to send replacement. Left me waiting for item while PayPal closed the case. Then refused to send . Awful customer service!

I order 2 cooling blankets they finally arrived today and they look like knock off blankets they aren't the colour I ordered different Aquamarine and pink and the edging is not the same as in the photo's I hope someone get back to me asap regards Lorraine Williams

I had an amazing experience with Painfree. The questionnaire was very simple to complete to get the process started. Once I filled out the questionnaire I got a call to go over my health information, and get me prescription filled. The medication I was prescribed has been great for pain and is non narcotic. The pharmacy sent the medication directly to me via the mail. The entire process was very user friendly and easy to navigate. I hope everyone tries this service.
