I have made two purchases through this company and both have been exceptional.
First purchased the shoes. They are so comfortable.
Secondly I purchased the butterfly pillows. I’d been suffering from neck and shoulder pain. The first night of using it I woke up feeling I could run a marathon. No neck or shoulder pain. No headache. I’ll be buying more.
The only thing I hope would change is the Courier they use.

The intimacy pillow I ordered arrived…
The intimacy pillow I ordered arrived today and it is clear that what is advertised and what is sent are very different products, forgiving the totally inaccurate colour, the actual cover texture is extremely slippery and bunches around the edges where it meets the non-slip base, there is no smaller semi-detached cushion on the back arch portion and the cover has 2 pop studs very incoveniently located in places where the back or neck would be in contact with the product actually causing pain and discomfort.
I am very upset with myself for trying to trust what advertises itself as an aussie brand even though it was shipped from China
Update: There was some confusion in the interim about whether I would have to return the product to receive my refund or not but I now have this clarified via email.
I have received a full refund (processing currently) post this review and would commend Essha as others have on here for her excellent customer service handling this.

Shipping and service are both terrible
Ordered a pregnancy pillow two weeks ago with express shipping. Took over a week from ordering and me complaining to even get the pillow sent. I’ve been refunded for the express shipping but asked to cancel the order altogether before it had been dispatched and was told no because it had been dispatched. Shame I can see the order tracking? Anyway, two weeks since ordering and no pillow in sight. Wouldn’t consider ordering from here ever again and feel like I’ve flushed $100 and well over two weeks worth of sleep down the drain.

Bad shipping, not a scam
Not a scam site, however they use Aramex (even if you pay for express shipping) so it’s a coin flip whether you’ll get significant delays.
My package has exceeded the standard shipping timeframe, despite paying for express. That said, their customer support was very responsive, supportive and genuine and they did refund me the shipping fee when I chased them up.
The real issue here is Aramex - and if I was a business I’d pay more to use anyone else and as a customer I’d happily pay more for the knowledge of my package never going near fast lane couriers or Aramex.

PainfreeAussies is a great company to deal with. The shoes I ordered were the wrong size and PainFree organized a return and suggested others that might be a better fit. The result was the original shoes were swapped for a perfect fitting pair that I’m very happy with.

I purchased a $220 mesh office chair…
I purchased a $220 mesh office chair from pain free Aussie's after I read all of their online reviews. BIG MISTAKE!! The chair was cheap Chinese made and completely unsupportive to my back. Pain free Aussie went back and forth with me asking for photos of it not supporting me etc which I obliged and sent. It has a tilt function put you can’t tighten it so the back almost felt like you reclined and my feet would be off the floor. Over two weeks of going back and forth they offered me a $50 store credit. I wanted a full refund and was happy to return the chair at their cost as it was what it was advertised to be.
In the end I lodged it with PayPal and got my money back, I suggest anyone who has had the unfortunate experience of buying from this fraudulent company do the same!

Unfortunately the product was not suitable for my needs. Quality was awesome, it just didn't suit me. I have to say the customer service in incredible and they stand by their risk free return policy. Excellent and trustworthy company. A pleasure to deal with.

Brilliant ! I have chronic pain and work on my feet all day. These have changed things for me so much…. light and supportive it is the cushioning that is amazing. Surprisingly hard wearing!

Great shoes, exceptional service
I purchased 2 pair of lovely black runners without realising they had sock openings rather than laces and because I have arthritis in my fingers I found them difficult to get on and they didn’t quite fit. I got back to Pain Free Aussies and they offered me several reasonable options regarding return, one of which I chose. A lovely lady rang me direct to make sure I was happy and then generated a return label for me, at no extra cost to me, and the refund is pending. Happy to recommend Pain Free Aussies

I've been waiting over 3 weeks and my order still has not even been sent, just appalling. Aramex tracking number provided does not exist. Product description states all orders sent within 72 hours or purchase which is false. What a disappointing company and experience, may have to contact my bank at this point.

I bought thermal barefoot shoes
I bought thermal barefoot shoes. They were supposed to be water resistant but they are not at all. Walking in wet grass already gives you wet socks after 5 minutes.
Other than that, they are nice and warm and fit well. I will use them but not when it is wet outside

Poor shipping time frame
Really not impressed with their inability to ship in a timely manner. My purchase took nearly a full week to make it into the postal system and that is just not good enough. I don't recommend this company at all for this reason. There are other businesses out there who sell similar products and have no problem shipping orders in a reasonable period of time. Customers shouldn't have to wait nearly a week for their order to be shipped then be forced to wait even longer for it to go through the postal system and be delivered.

Very nice and friendly people. 😊 Fast response time and good communication. I won’t get into too much detail but eventually I was able get to get a full refund and returns as the size was a bit small. When shopping online anywhere it doesn’t matter what you are purchasing always do a Google search and compare prices to ensure you get the best deal. Once you find the items you want to buy double check and make sure you get the right size. Be sure to check with customer service if you need help with sizing. They are really good at resolving any issues. They are very responsive and will get back to you fast. Cheers, all the best. 😊

Service was great
Service was great, shoes not so much. Definitely not the saviour my feet were longing for. Shoes are extremely hard to get on, decorative lining gets tucked up as you try to push the foot in to the shoe. The back of the shoe is squashed down while trying to get your foot in, takes at least 5 minutes to work the shoe on and retrieve the lining out. The shoe doesn’t give much support as they are soft and I’m afraid my foot could easily slip. Overall not the best purchase I have ever made.
