Your customer service is awful

Your customer service is awful. I will be posting everywhere how awful it is. I purchased a product on December 13th as a Christmas gift. It didn't arrive until yesterday to an address where the recipient isn't even there anymore and won't be back for 6 months. You offered absolutely nothing to compensate me for a Christmas gift that will maybe not even be there in the summer. I will never buy from you again.

90% polyester and 10% spandex

90% polyester and 10% spandex. Do not light a match anywhere near yourself if you are unfortunate enough to be gifted with these pajamas. Other than being highly flammable the cut, fit and quality have much to be desired as well.

Overpriced pajamas that you can find at Target for 1/3 to 1/2 of the price. Poor quality flannel.
Horrible customer service. They are not return/refund friendly. Plan on printing out your own labels once you can locate them on the website, plan to pay for the return shipping, pay for a box to ship them back in. Not worth the money. Order Target pjs online and save yourself the dough and the hassel. They have a better return policy too.

Women’s pajamas

Bought Womens gray two piece kangaroo pocket top and back pockets on bottoms. They are soft like indicated, but once washed the inside continued to shed and insides cotton balled on my undergarments. Second wash didn’t fair well either. I tried vacuuming the inside to get rid of shedding didn’t help. Ridiculously terrible. Should’ve read reviews. Shipping cost too much. 😬

I would give it less than 1 star if I could. Christmas gift from my husband. The pajamas are sloppy and ill-fitting and the fabrics not great. I hated them, thought they looked ugly, and so I returned the entire order (two sets of pajamas). PajamaGram charged me $27.98 for shipping and handling for the delivery, and subsequent return. Do not order from this company, you will regret it.

Ordered 2 sets for my wife in December

Ordered 2 sets for my wife in December. Upon receipt, she tried them on and they were not the right size. Contacted Pajamagram via chat and was we could exchange them for a different size if we filled out a paper form and included them in the box. We had to pay for the return freight, but we were told since we were exchanging them there would be no charge for the new sizes being sent back to us. We did as we were told, returned them, paid about $15 in shipping, and waited. After over a month we contacted Pajamagram because we did not hear anything or receive anything in exchange. We had tracking on the box which showed it was received by them within a few days of our shipment, and now over a month has passed. Someone at the company actually set the phone down and went looking in the warehouse apparently (must be a small company?). After waiting about 15 minutes, she came back and said she found the box and said "we just haven't gotten to it yet". She wanted to know what we wanted to do, and I explained we wanted an exchange and we enclosed the sheet in the box with the proper size request. She said "Ok, once we open it up we'll get right on that." Another month goes by and nothing from Pajamagram. My wife called in, they told her they didn't have those pajamas in stock and asked her what she wanted to do. She told them, forget it, just give us our money back. They agreed. Guess what? Another month goes by, no refund. I contacted Pajamagram, they said " I wish to apologize. It was set up for a credit to be done, but the case was closed before it actually got processed. I have notified our accounting department to issue the credit. It should be done withing the next day or two, and then it can take a few days for your credit card company to apply it."
Today, I finally got the refund, however it is $32.71 short. So overall, I am out the $32.71 + the $15 I paid to return the pajamas for a total of almost $50 for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING except a total waste of time and inconvenience. What an absolutely HORRIBLE company.

Their offer to include one Free pajama…

Their offer to include one Free pajama at equal or lesser value for Valentine's day enticed me to place an order but their website presented difficulties on the option. The instructions were too vague in which asked for the purchase first of the initial itemthen to add the free pair. I was so looking forward to the purchase but I wanted to speak to someone at their customer service first. In trying i couldn't achieve this and cancelled. Very disappointed.

My Xmas gift pajamas

My Xmas gift pajamas with personalized lettering to "Barb"--not my name!! Wrong size also. I've sent them back, asked for an exchange, never expect to get it. It's a loss of $106 that could have been better spent--maybe on food for the needy. Hope the owners of Pajamagram are using some of their ill-gotten gains for charity.

got as a gift too small exchanged for a larger size had to nag them to get the exchange returned the lovely box and ribbon didnt get that back NOT NICE also the tops style is old ladyish but with a plunging neck line not warm and 3/4 length sleeves not warm either

Horrible Company - Liars & Cheats

Like other reviews I have read, I paid $20 for December 23rd delivery. After checking the UPS delivery status online, It showed a December 27th delivery date. I called customer service where a supervisor guaranteed that the product would be deliver by December 23rd, and that the UPS web site was inaccurate. I ordered the product on December 17th, and as of December 27th, the package has not arrived. I tried to contact customer service. After waiting 15 minutes, you are forced to leave a message. I have left 2 messages, and no call back. This is probably the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Buyer beware!

Missing partial shippment and no response from PJgram.

I ordered a gift for my wife with shipping guaranteed for Christmas. Only half the order arrived. I have been calling since early the 26th with no answer. Tried chat and that feature reports as closed.

To be honest I'm more upset because I can't talk to anyone about my missing order than I am about the missing order. I really wish I had researched Pajamagram more thoroughly.

Lesson learned. I'll not be purchasing from them again.

Buyer Beware

I received a duplicate order, pajamas I never ordered and the returns are not stress free, the labels won't print off the computer, times out, and no one answers the phone. I would advise not to purchase the pajamas.

They have been a nightmare to deal with ordering and their website. False advertising with free shipping and then itm doesn't arrive until after christmas. I ordered everything from amazon! I will NEVER order any of their items again!

Ordered pajamas for my wife

Ordered pajamas for my wife. Paid 16.99 for shipping to guarantee delivery by Christmas. Sent to my parents house to avoid my wife having any clue as to one of her gifts. Did not get there till the day after Christmas. After charging this amount for shipping and not having it to open on Christmas what good is it? The pajamas were fine but if it is not here for Christmas forget it. Also sent an email (no one was answering the lines) with my order number and other info to find out what had happened. Dec. 26 is almost over and still no response?

I haven't even received the product …

I haven't even received the product yet, because it is late. Paid almost thirty dollars for express shipping, and it's late. Tried to call and tell them it was late, but the customer service representative lied and said it would be here tonight, even when FedEx said no, then the customer service representative this afternoon lied and said FedEx had it yesterday, when I spoke to FedEx and they said they just received it this morning. He also tried to tell me, that since tomorrow is Valentine's day, that my wife will be understanding, as long as I tried to have her present here. After asking numerous times to talk to a supervisor, and then insisting rather harshly to speak to one, I finally was connected to a supervisor that told me the truth. The only offering I received was to recall the order completely, or they would just refund the express shipping, no compensation for me having to go out , the evening before Valentine's day, in a remote town, with very limited selection of anything, to find a present. Lying, poor shipping, and horrible customer service is no way to run a business.

PajamaGram a company with no integrity

PajamaGram charged me over $25 in shipping cost and $7.95 to return a $50.00 item purchase. This company has no integrity, do not buy from them. Fools customers into believing that returns are hassle free.
I will never buy from this company again and do not recommend.

Returning an Order

I needed to return an order. Their website said returning is "stress free"... that is a joke. You cannot print the FedEx labels from their website. I've called 4 times to have a customer service rep email me a label. They told me they've emailed it but mysteriously I have never received it (I've never had any trouble receiving emails in the past). So now I have to wait for them to send me the label through the postal service. Hopefully that won't take a month! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!!!!
