First time ordering from Pak Halal Meat and I am so so pleased with the end to end experience. From ease of ordering to delivery (outside of Birmingham), the service is excellent, they were extremely cooperative in getting me an ETA to ensure I was available to receive my order. Prompt delivery once ETA was provided.
Meat and chicken is of extremely high quality. Clean, well packaged and bones packaged separately when ordering mince.

I am so pleased to have found Pak Halal Meat during lockdown - I wish I had found them earlier. I have ordered from them twice and will continue to do so. Their service is excellent (prompt delivery and they were extremely helpful when I had a query and request) and the meat (lamb and chicken) is of a good quality, clean and comes nicely packaged. I have had so much trouble during lockdown In getting good quality meat delivered and the customer service in other places I have tried have been appalling. However, Pak halal meat were brilliant. I received my delivery so quick and the meat was perfect and clean and packaged nicely too. I ordered quite a lot aswell but I have no complaints at all, all meat and poultry was perfect. I have recommended many family members and friends to use them too.

Excellent service, quick and easy to place an order and prompt delivery. Food is high quality, you have the option to choose how much fat you would like in the mince meat which is brilliant. Highly recommend PAK Halal Meat.

So impressed with their service, not only do they sell and deliver varied fresh meats/different cuts etc they're friendly all round. From their telephone online sales department to delivery. Making me feel at ease during the whole purchase. As at first I was skeptical of the freshness and buying my meat from an online source etc. Definitely give th a go. No regrets from me. Something as simple as buying a kilo of chicken makes me nervous in these very uncertain times but having discovered Pak Halal and their delivery option makes things far less worrying. My experience has been fantastic. The poultry was well-packaged and clean. The delivery was swift - I ordered at 2.30pm and received the delivery at 7. I will definitely be a regular customer.
