My experience with LemonSalt was excellent When I felt the need to write to them to say that Evri had sat on my parcel for a week, they responded at once and were very helpful in contacting Evri and moving things along. The jam I bought from them is delicious!

I recently brought a few items from LemonSalt and at first i had a bit of a nightmare with the delivery company. They claimed they had tried to deliver when clearly that had not. I contacted LemonSalt who sent a reassuring mail firstly apologising and said they would rearrange a new shipment with a different company. Today the items arrived. I fully understand issues can happen but it is the way they are dealt with and i found that once LemonSalt were aware of the issue they could not have done any more. Thank you to all concerned. I would order again from this company when the need arises.

I’ve had a really positive experience with Lemon Salt Company. Their products are reasonably priced, and the customer service is excellent. Recently ordered a few bits for my sister's birthday over the weekend. Unfortunately i had to contact them because i ordered fast delivery and hadn't received any info after 2 days. They quickly confirmed that there was an internal error and expedited the shipping; everything arrived a day late but I really appreciate the great communication and putting the order through faster so it could arrive asap. Great customer service - thank you!

I recently ordered two exact items from LemonSalt. Unfortunately, on arrival, one of the items had a fault. LemonSalt Customer Services was fantastic! Once the fault was identified, they were happy to send a replacement and I didn't have to go to the bother of returning the faulty one. I will certainly be ordering from them again, in the future.
I cannot fault them and would highly recommend.

I ordered a gift from this company as I prefer to support smaller businesses, and I wasn’t disappointed! My first order went missing (fault of the courier, if you have ever had Evri “deliver” something then you know) I contacted LemonSalt and they redelivered the item for next day delivery, no issues at all and so fast and helpful!
I would definitely recommend this company and I will definitely be buying from them again, great products and great service!

Arrived a day late then problem is the the product pictured is not the one received. Misleading product description and image of label not the same as the one received. Not compliant with listing allergens and ingredients correctly (Natasha's Law). Customer service are not able to admit or be willing to rectify the issue neither provide adequate compensation. Overall terrible service avoid.

We ordered a wall clock , but as soon as I ordered it and paid i realised it was the wrong size ( my fault, I didn't check properly)
I emailed Lemonsalt immediately I realised my error, and they were extremely helpful, in cancelling the order and providing a full refund.
It's a shame the clock wasn't suitable ( too small) but I would have no hesitation in buying from Lemonsalt in the future

I placed a first order with this company recently which was delivered promptly -- there was however a problem. I contacted the company and the issue was resolved promptly within 24 hours.
Faultless empathy, communication and cooperation which was much appreciated.

I made a mistake when placing my order which resulted in the wrong billing details appearing on my VAT invoice. Although LemonSalt's policy is that billing details cannot normally be changed after an order is placed, they took the time to understand the situation and kindly issued a revised VAT invoice for me.

Their communication was prompt, professional and genuinely helpful throughout. It's refreshing to deal with a company that is willing to go the extra mile to help a customer.

I've not used the website but I have come across a fraudulent dupe website. Shoppers beware! I just tried to order from the dupe website and it got flagged by my bank as fraudulent.

I ordered a scented oil diffuser from Lemon Salt but it got held up in the post. Lemon Salt handled this so well, contacting Evri and making sure my parcel arrived. And it was definitely worth the wait - the diffuser was lovely, and the oil smelled divine. Thank you, Lemon Salt.Highly recommended.
