Thieves, the best way to describe them. We sent old clothes to Pakistan, just to prove how desperate these people are, they even stole them. Chor, chor, chor.

This company is total fraud. I sent my lot of valuable stuff to Pakistan through this company in January 2024. But they didn’t deliver anything and after a few months their phone numbers stopped working as well.

I sent a parcel with them Feb 2023 and it still hasn't arrived.

Contacted them numerous times, they don't answer and when I called from a different number they answered.. kept saying it will get there next week. Almost 2 years later it still hasn't arrived. Had sent those clothes to go to an orphanage. Disgusting people stealing money and stealing clothes. Do not use this company

Guys lets do a joint complaint please as action fraud and police told me to obtain advice from solicitor. I sent my parcel in Oct 2023 and its over a year. we need justice guys. if you are willing to and if we can do something joint I can create a WA group and we take them to court. Please drop me your name at O seven four four eight, seven nine O, seven one eight.
Lets get together and take them to court. How can they do such a fraud in London and no action from authorities. We need to go to Police Station together and file a complaint. Thanks

'Big time fraud' - I believe this company is involved in fraudulent activities. Despite their website featuring numerous positive reviews 'All fake reviews that they must have managed to get/paid for them'. I shipped a parcel with them in November 2023, but it has not arrived in Pakistan, and they have not responded to my attempts to contact them.

I’ve seen others mention filing complaints, but I wonder as to why no action has been taken by the police. This company appears to have scammed many people. If anyone is interested, I’m willing to join forces for a collective complaint. Why has the company owner not been arrested yet?

I can see that many customers are facing the same problem. I guess we should start a legal action against them . I have sent my cargo in February, tried everything to reach them but couldn’t . If anyone wants to start a legal action or a police report please contact me.

hi, this company is totally totally fraud, we send luggage in feb 2023, still not deliver, few month before on person on phone every time he pick the phone its name hussain, only one answer the luggage in karachi port not clear customs , now the all phone are close. please any one tell me how to approach them one day i personal went in london address but no one there. if any body have any information about these scammer plz let us know. thanks

Guy honestly do not use them I sent my good 3 months ago. They charged me over £100 and told me it would arrive in 4-6 weeks however it’s been 3 months, they do not answer phone or e-mail. I realised this has happened to a lot of people please stay away from these scammers and fraudsters. Unfortunately I lost my hard earned money but this review will help future buyers.

Once again here are the details of the persons involved and what happened in my case.

This company and Mr Hassan who took my stuff WORTH OF THOUSAND OF POUNDS is a fraud and consist of corrupt people.

They were working by the company name AS Star Enterprise Ltd and under their banner was pakistancargo4u you can check at the bottom of their website

The company AS Star Enterprise Ltd was dissolved on 21st November 2023. Having said that they were still operating in December 2023, in January 2024 as well and may be till date.

We all have to report them to Action Fraud and to Metropolitan police and we have to tell them they were still operating even after dissolving the company.

Also tell your banks if you have made bank transfer and tell COMPANIES HOUSE AS WELL.

WE CAN Claim money or property from a dissolved company AS WELL. We have to fill an online form and send it to them.

GUYS IF WE ALL REPORT THEM TO ALL AUTHORTIES THEY WILL TAKE IT SERIOUSLY AND GET THESE INDIVIDUALS.

SO WE HAVE TO WORK TOGETHER

2: Mr Hassan ( introduced himself as his family's company and runs it)

3: Ali Rafiq

THIS HSAAN GUY IS THE MASTER MIND BY THE LOOKS OF IT. HE CLAIMS TO BE FROM AZAD KASHMIR AND HE CLAIMED HE WAS RECENTLY MARRIED IN DECEMBER IN PAKISTAN. I HAVE BEEN TOLD HE LIVES IN WALTHAMSTOW.

They picked up the parcel from my home in Nov 2023.it's not been delivered even after 6 months.phone lines are closed since February 2024.Unbelievably irresponsible, very unprofessional!
Dont know how can we claim aur items and the cargo charges back from them?

We sent a package in January 2024 and it hasn’t been delivered. All the phone lines are dead. No one is replying to emails. Someone please form a what’s app group and follow them legally.

Scammers, took the package and never delivered, numbers are now closed so no contact. Reported to the Police for Fraud.

My parcels were collected on the 12th of Feb and have not been delivered . They are not answering emails or picking up phone. It doesn't make sense as this is the third time sending cargo and no issues like this . Why have the other two cargos got delivered and not this one ? Completely fraudulent company:
I have sent items 5 October 2023 but still not delivered, now phone also not working I think we should report to police.

Pathetic company, collected items from my home in October 2023 and said goods to be delivered in 8 weeks. Every time I call them they said it will be delivered next week. The items sent were of lot of value, and since now we have no trace of the goods.

I give this company 0 stars. Never ever use this company. We send our things to Pakistan trusting these guys but they are fraud. I sent a parcel in December 2023 they said it will be delivered within 8 weeks it still hasn’t been delivered. They don’t answer the phone anymore the number is temporarily unavailable. They don’t reply emails. I wasted my money. I spent a lot of money on the things I sent.

I shipped my stuff through this company in January 2024, and they charged me more on the day rather than agreed amount. I have no updates on my stuff, and no one picked calls or responds to the emails. I am really worried and would be keen to know if others have any update on this? I am not sure how to get in touch with others who have similar experiences and what kind of actions they have taken against this company.
