TWICE they sent the wrong item. TWICE I complained and was offered a small discount on another item or refund if I sent the items back. Trading standards need to be alerted as my items were correctly advertised and incorrectly delivered despite being assured the second time around the right item was in stock. Extremely disappointed.

It was a good fast dispatch and delivery. I would definitely order from them again.

Placed the order on the 16th which was dispatched quickly and arrived in good condition on 19th. Happy to order, again!

ORDERED 2 WEEKS AGO, STILL NOTHING!! NO REPLY TO EMAILS, PHONE DOESNT WORK. TOTAL RIP OFF!!

Made an order of 9 different items a week ago and they cancelled it today stating: "Sorry to let you know that this item is out of stock right now so we cancelled the order and issue the full refund."

Pretty sure all the items are not out of stock and I'll now have to now order elsewhere and then wait again, ideally needed these items this week. I see the items are still advertised on line as being in stock, so they don't know what they're doing basically.

There is no communication with support. The product did not arrive.

Scamming elderly customers, advertising products and delivering chewing gum, disgusting company. Trading Standards notified.

i placed a order paid for it, waited 2 weeks never came, i was asked to wait a bit longer gave it another week still not arrived, just asked for my money back, got to wait another week for that, avoid this company in my opinion,

Ordered large quantity of chocolates but received 1 small pack of chewing gum. Think I have been scammed!
Just been reading some of the other reviews on another site and this seems to happen to others. They then say that they have the GPS tracking to prove that it has been delivered. Mine was delivered but not what I ordered.

I have used this company before and as well as my recent order a 1st class service.

Still missing my other order as evri has not got it

I haven’t received my parcel

I ordered an interactive Globe for my granddaughter on 28/12, the website said it was 2-3 working days delivery. As of today 5/1/2026 the Globe still hasn’t been delivered. I called Papavel customer service and they lied to me. They said Evri (delivery company) hadn’t scanned the item - l know this was wrong as l was tracking my parcel and Evri hadn’t received it. Then the customer service assistant said ‘l had changed or got the delivery address wrong) - No. Finally she said the item was out of stock and she would give me a refund. I asked to speak to a supervisor/ manager and she said no one was available and hung up on me. When l rang back, no one answered. Do NOT order or trust this site.

They really didn't give a hoot about my missing parcel.

Bought a large pack of washing powder and received notification that the sale had gone through. After three days of zero communication I received a refund notification from the Shop App, no email to inform me my order was cancelled and still no comms despite emailing them.

If you actually need the items you try to purchase from Papaval go elsewhere.

Placed my order, received an email from PayPal saying I have a refund. No explanation from Papaval Retail Ltd

Not able to return a product as almost out of date after many emails and false return copy and paste links that never worked.
