I ordered from Papaya Stickers two weeks in advance because their website advertises fast shipping. They did not ship my order for two full weeks. When I contacted them for an update, they claimed it would “ship today,” but the tracking stayed stuck on “Label Created” for days, meaning it was never actually handed to UPS.I requested a refund since the order still hadn’t shipped, and they refused. Only after I filed a dispute with my bank did they finally give the package to UPS. The merchant then tried to blame me by saying I “ignored” them or didn’t give them a deadline, even though I ordered well in advance and they failed to ship on time.The product eventually arrived, but the experience was extremely frustrating and misleading. I would not recommend ordering from this shop if you need your items within a reasonable timeframe. I would also give 2 stars because the stickers were good but they pissed me off so bad im giving them 1.

Ordered stickers, expected them to come in by a certain time, they seemed to not be, I reached out to share my concerns, they immediately shipped my stickers in express carrier and they DID get here in time for my event. Amazing for me honestly, thank you so much!

They took my money and ran. I think this company is a scam. Haven’t heard Jack diddly squat from their “support” team.

Firstly, Papaya is operated by Atomic Signs, who also offer stickers through their legit site and are in my opinion an out-and-out scam. I'd speculate that Papaya is a front because they burned too many customers as Atomic. I fell for it. I had ordered from Atomic, got sent the wrong item, was told I was SOL because they didn't have enough staff to operate, so I filed a chargeback and got my money back.

Ordered from Papaya, got send a proof of multiple designs. Most were good, one was wonky. Asked them to fix the wonky one. Papaya sends a new proof where all the colours are severely distorted. I ask, can I get them like the first proof and just fix the wonky one? Get told, no, we sent you that proof but we're actually not willing or able to honour it, our printer can't print those colours. I guess if I hadn't rejected the first proof they would have sent me their terrible looking "edits" anyways without consulting me? Great. We go back and forth where it seems like they're deliberately making the designs look worse and worse. I used like 3 colours across all my designs and none of the proofs they send aside from the first one they refuse to honour even have the colours match from one design to the next. So I asked for my money back and they did refund me. Just an absolute waste of time.
Funny how they have time to send several long messages a day side-stepping the question of why the first proof was ever sent if they knew they had no intent or ability to honour it, and yet Atomic "doesn't have enough staff" to have operational customer service

My first order from PapayaStickers.com was fantastic — the stickers arrived on time and looked even better than expected. I was so happy, I placed a second order right away.

There was a bit of confusion and a delay with the second order, and communication was initially lacking. But after reaching out, I received a personal phone call from someone at Papaya. They were friendly, apologetic, and explained that they’re a brand-new company working through some growing pains. They even offered a discount to make up for the inconvenience.

It was a great recovery, and I really appreciated the effort. The sticker quality is excellent, and I’m cheering them on as they continue to grow!
