I still have not received my order but they dealt with it amazingly
I still have not received my order. Been waiting ages for it.
However consequently the company contacted me to issue with a full refund plus an apology discount.
Albeit disappointing due to Royal Mail I didn’t receive my item but amazing customer service from Alex.

Beautiful card, but …
Beautiful gift card. This company charges £3.99 p&p, even though i only purchased a single gift card. This should have only been charged as a small letter with Royal Mail.
