I had a very bad experience with this online website. It appears to be completely fake and operated by scammers. After placing an order and making payment, I did not receive the product, and there was no proper response from their customer service. They stopped replying once the payment was done.

Please be very careful and do not buy anything from this website. Always check reviews, verify contact details, and confirm that the website is legitimate before making any payment.

Extremely bad experience – I strongly warn others from dealing with this store.

I placed my order on February 23, and it took more than a month to be delivered, with constant delays and misleading delivery promises. Customer service was unprofessional and kept sending the same copy-paste response: “we will try to speed it up,” with zero actual progress.

When I requested to cancel the order and get a refund, my request was رفضed without any clear justification. The item was intended for Eid, and due to their delay, it became completely useless.

What makes this worse is that they refused to provide any real compensation and only offered discount coupons, which is not acceptable at all after such a poor experience.

Honestly, the way this business operates raises serious concerns. There is no transparency, no accountability, and no proper customer support. It feels unreliable and untrustworthy.

I highly advise everyone to avoid this store and not risk their money. N50315….

Very bad experience, don’t buy from this brand. I ordered 3 shoes and more than 3 weeks I didn’t receive my order.

The product is excellent, but the service is horrible. Delivery takes far too long—sometimes up to three weeks, and occasionally even a month. This is unacceptable. What’s more, the website states delivery takes three to five days, which is simply untrue.

Its scam site

I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience with Paparazzo was extremely disappointing.
The company is unprofessional, does not respect deadlines, and their customer service is shockingly poor. Instead of taking responsibility and solving issues, their staff were rude and dismissive in their communication.

I expected a smooth and respectful service, but I received the opposite.
I do not recommend dealing with Paparazzo based on my experience.

They are scammers, I paid two shoes and I didn’t receive anything either shoes or money don’t buy from them

Please don’t ever consider buying from them, may allah burn them in hell. They will take your money and never respond and your will never get your order. Or will keep responding with the same message

ZERO Stars - Item Never Received and Appalling Customer Service
I ordered a pair of shoes from this online, and they never arrived. The tracking information is not available.
I have tried contacting their customer service multiple times via email, phone and whatsapp. The emails go unanswered, and the phone line just puts you on busy indefinitely and whatsaap no answer. It is impossible to get a hold of a real person.
This is completely unacceptable. They took my money instantly but failed to deliver the product or any form of support. This feels like a scam. I would strongly advise against ordering from this company unless you enjoy wasting your money and time. Stay away!

They claim it's original, but it's made in China, the quality is very poor, and there's no support to solve my problem.

I didn’t receive my order , simply its stealing case. They will promise each time you will receive is as soon as possible but actually they will keep lying. Do not order from them.

Be careful this is a scam they will promise to deliver your order within 5 working days but in reality will never get anything and they will just barley response or never response!
Stay away and don’t get fooled by their commercial scam ad’s

I wanted to give minus stars but can't hence zero.after months of delay they sent an absolutely crappy quality shoes and when I asked for refund they say it's only store credit with 30% deductions and you need to buy again. needless to say I threw the shoes in the Garbage. when called the customer care they only reply via what's app and keep repeating

Caution, possible scam!
I ordered a pair of shoes that was supposed to be delivered within 3–5 days, but it never arrived. I contacted them on WhatsApp, and they told me the shoes would arrive in 5 days. Now, two months later, I still haven’t received anything. They claim they won’t issue a refund because the shoes are still being delivered.

I didn’t receive my order yet and the customer service is the worst customer service I ever dealt with. They don’t want to provide me with any tracking number for my shipment. They contacted me for picking up my shoes then they say no it will be late for extra five days. The five days are finished and now they say they will try to give it to me as soon as possible. No tracking number no explanation no clarification. Nothing just no nonsense promises

I ordered from Papparazo over a year ago. After months of delays, they gave me a tracking number with the wrong phone number. I couldn’t collect the package, and despite many messages on WhatsApp, they never fixed the issue or refunded me.

It’s been over a year! no shoes, no refund, no proper customer service. Be careful before trusting this site.
