سيء جدا جدا خدمة سيئة اسعار عالية عدم الرد السريع وعدم خدمة الزبون ارسلت اكثر من خمسة ايميلات لا يردون الا متأخرا عندهم قوانين غريبة اشتريت حذاء مقاس ٤٢ علما انا مقاسي في جميع البراندات ٤٢ تفاجئت بأنه اكبر بكثير من مقاسي ارسلت لهم ايميل بخصوص الاستبدال اخبروني بدفع ٣٠ دولار حتى يتم الاستبدال هل هذا يعقل علما انا سعر الحذاء اعلى من ١٥٠ دولار خذمة جدا سيئة وستكون هذه اول واخر مره اتعامل معهم

Take long time to get it from almost 2 months

on june 18th, i ordered your shoes, i asked the customer service on instagram “in case i need to exchange, will i receive the exchange before july 10th?” you replied “yes”

june 27th, i contacted you to follow up on my order and you responded “2 to 3 working days”

july 2nd, i asked about my order and you responded with “1 to 2 working days” even though the latency of the order is way over the expected arrival time i was still waiting patiently.

3 DAYS LATER, three, i messaged you and asked “can you please check how many days does it need, i need it before wednesday july 10” you replied with “the order usually ranges from 5 to 7 days” i think from june 18th till july 5th is wayyyy over 5 to 7 days.

still patient, july 7th i asked if my order will arrive before wednesday and you replied yes

monday july 8th, i talked to your whatsapp team and we agreed that he’ll be updating me tuesday noon wether i will receive my shoes before wednesday or no, i contacted you on whatsapp tuesday noon and you replied 3 hours late with “hello dear” and nothing else. You made me wait till the last night before my prom so i can get other shoes because of your latency and your lack of confirmation, your agents were the laziest i could ever see, and i asked for a refund today and no one responded. I would like my refund as soon as possible and i am so disappointed with your co-operation

The worst shoes company I’ve ever dealt with, liars and scammers they say it’s from Italy but it’s from China, they charge 10 times the price of a normal shoes products! They don’t want to provide me a tracking number claiming that they ship from UAE but it’s from China, they’re operating from Lebanon. I’m very disappointed with them and I don’t recommend dealing with them.
Update : official fraud alert ! They blocked me from instagram after I exposed them without any explanation, I offered them to provide me a tracking number to end all this they blocked me without any reason, please don’t deal with those Lebanese thiefs!

Very slow delivery to lebanon! They said one week to 9 days its been since 20 june till now and i didnt receive the order!!!

You said its italy brand and its actually from china and its all fake and didn’t make me taller

Customer service take long time to respond and no action has been taken when respond. wasting time . Selling expensive shoes with poor customer Service and not flexible return policy with long shipping time!!, it makes customers uncomfortable with buying from you or repeating the experience

My order did not arrive at all!!!!

They are not honest when it comes to delivering orders, and they are not very responsive when you text them. It's been 8 days, and I still haven't received my order.

I received a different color, and the shoes is not wearable

Don't trust the size or delivery!

My delivery on the fourth week and didn't arrived yet, they kept telling me today and tomorrow and the day after tomorrow and it was just empty promises, plus I ordered a shose with 7cm and after I order it I go back after few days to the website and I see they change it to 6 cm instead of 7.
Would I recommend this website? Hell no, I had high hopes of this website but it seems like it's run by unprofessional people which makes it hard to trust other start up businesses unfortunately.

I did an order on the website order was delivered in 2 days , but I wanted to exchange . They said okay after one week I didn't receive the exchange I texted them and they kept saying today or tomorrow after another week know they ignore my message and my call unacceptable 😡😡 !!
