We spent £25k a month on ads, we ran emails ourselves and about £1k on Google ads.

I worked with 4 agencies over about 6 years, and I would honestly say that 3/4 of them were scam artists.. overselling and undelivering consistently..

I lost complete belief and trust that agencies were useful, until we met paradigm. Service is great, very knowledgeable and consistently hit targets where possible.

Paradigm have three main factors that made them worth considering:

1. They get sh*t done. Tight deadlines, thinking forward and actively caring is a main consideration. This is the first agency that sincerely wanted us to do well. Given, all agencies struggle to look inward when performance is low, but paradigm would actively reassure and work with us pushing new creatives and celebrating our wins, to ensure we performed as much as possible, where possible. The team care. Owner Charlie SINCERELY gives a sh*t about not milking small companies, he’s there to genuinely help you thrive with no long contracts and financial support wherever feasible. Something that all other agencies weren’t doing, where others would happily charge you for underperforming or exiting early if essential.

2. Creatives. Some agencies design creatives that 1 take forever, to the point where it useless and 2, others can design something that a toddler could design better.

Paradigms creative team will smash out 20 assets, the same day (if urgently required, which, we always needed because we’re disorganised). And the quality was awesome. They understood our brand and tone of voice quickly and were bang on it for creatives, alleviating unnecessary amend times and headache.

3. Customer service. Grace our account manager bought our products, celebrated our products, was on the phone taking messages at God knows what hours on a Sunday, because they understood that our business isn’t a 9-5, it’s a never ending beast that needs constant nurturing. This genuine care, knowledge and support took the pressure off, when we were stressed.

In my opinion, marketing is such a complex beast that’s ever changing, working with agencies is a huge risk, but Paradigm are the only agency that I would take that risk on, every time.

Our account manager Millie is an absolute gem and the quality and volume of the creatives is outstanding. Having previously worked with three digital marketing agencies on my health and wellness brand, I engaged Paradigm at the end of March this year in the hope of improving marketing efficiency and taking my brand to the next level. After four months of collaboration, I am very happy with the progress we have made together. From Jan-March to April-July, our Meta ROAS increased by 86% at a higher level of spend, and our Google ROAS increased by 24% with a 33% CAC reduction.
