Parcours Velo Opiniones

Excellent service. Amazing wheels.

If you have a Cannondale, confirm the rear wheel offset. I was not asked, knew nothing about different rear wheel dishes, and had to re- dish myself.
Other than that, great set of wheels :-)

Was in desperate need of a sram xdr free-hub for my new disc, which I (wrongly) originally order with a Shimano one. Time scale was 2 days as I was racing on the weekend. Got in touch with the team at parcours velo, had a response within 10mins, had my sram freehub 2 days later, greased and ready to fit myself (very simple). Best customer service I’ve ever received.

Loving my new wheels, really set off my new BMC.

Great wheels. Good communication. Happily recommend to friends.

Great product, fast shipping, competitive price. Only downside is no tubeless tape reinstalled which is tricky to put on for someone with no experience

Great service!

My second set of Parcours wheels, great price and quality. Prompt delivery and great customer service, any questions answered quickly.

1 year on the strade wheels on my Terra cycles Firma. What can I say, absolutely brilliant set of wheels. Serious bang for your buck. Slight issue with front hub this week sorted by Dov and team immediately. A class product and customer service. Would highly recommend.

Great set of wheels - been riding on the Strade for a couple of month now. Fast, rock solid handling, very little movement in blustery conditions and side winds.
Quick dispatch and fitted the tubeless tape and valves for me.

From initial enquiry, tech questions, ordering and delivery these wheels, Parcours were nothing but amazing. Super communication throughout and prompt delivery. This is my second set of Parcours wheels and it won’t be the last.

Incredible service, and easily so of the best wheels on the market right now

Thank you!!

Fantastic wheels at a really good price. I have been using these wheels for a couple of months now and I absolutely love them. I opted for the ceramic bearings and I have been really impressed by their rolling resistance. Great service, quick delivery, would recommend

Good communication at every stage of the transaction.

Excellent communication, super-fast shipment, all inquiries where answered immediately, wheels where packed with care and arrived with no issues what so ever. I am very pleased with all the services and products received.

Ordered solid wheel, which arrived to the store damaged. Kind email to inform that the order would be delayed. Goodie bag delivered as an apology for missing delivery for son's 18th birthday. Superstars. Fab communication. Now in possession of the wheel and son has a big smile!

Very good quality with affordable price, tested it on the race and showed significant improvement on speed and wattage savings.
Excellent Customer service, fast response!
