Stop constantly emailing asking for reviews
I bought something, they sent it. Wow! Now stop sending me constant reminders to "review my purchase". Its *****y annoying. Even the courier asks for a review on how they did!
Also I don't need daily emails on your offers, though I have managed to stop these.

New speclized Levo
Love my new speclized Levo brought from south downs bike,the guy's said it would put a smile on my face , it rips up the climbs on the downs and is amazing fun to ride Thanks to the guys for all the help, Martin runs a great bike shop

Bike Service Experience
Excellent service by Ollie at Southdowns Bikes Storrington, apart from the tubeless refresh my Headset Bearings were identified as about to explode and consequently replaced. All this was performed via a scheduled bike appointment whilst I waited as had travelled down from Horsham. Excellent service, highly recommend to all.

Front disc brake was rubbing
Front disc brake was rubbing, emailed them about it, they came back immediately, went the next day - today, and they fixed it right on the spot in about 10 minutes, and didn't charge me! Very pleased.

Very friendly and helpful staff
Very friendly and helpful staff. Diagnosed the fault quickly and gave me all the possible options to rectify it. Needed a complete new brake, so they kept the bike and fitted it in with their booked jobs to get it ready as quickly as possible. Bike was repaired and ready when they said it would be. Many thanks.
