Parcours Velo Opiniones

Great products, my wheels have been excellent since purchase. Customer service is excellent and on a personal level.

Quality product. Replied to questions accurately and in a timely manor…good customer service.

Lovely wheels, incredible value for money. Fast delivery!

Bought a set of Grimpeurs - lively and solid at the same time. Will be back for more.

I ordered a set of Strade wheels and wanted DT Swiss hubs. Dov and the team could not have been more helpful, advising and guiding me through the process.

Excellent upgrade for my Scott Speedster Gravel! Combined them with the set of Hutchinson tyres. Tubeless set up was easy. Made contact with Parcours CS Team to ask a few question prior to purchasing, recieved a quick reply and honest reply. Delivery was quick, no issues with packaging and a reasonable price! I'd happily look at choosing Parcours again for my next bike.

Love my new wheels! Awesome customer services really helped me get my design right. Highly reccomend

Incredible customer service from Chris and Dov at Parcours Velo. Would be very happy to shop with them again. Very happy shopper.

Great product. Really enjoy the build quality of the Chrono Max and Disc wheel. Set me up with my fastest 70.3 results.

Best wheels I’ve owned , transformed feel of bike. 28mm gp 5000 perfect match for strada set.

The ordering and delivery process was very smooth. I had a question which was answered immediately by email. As for the wheels - I've done about 300km on them so far and they are great. They spin up really quickly and are stiff and solidly built (I'm a 95kg ex rugby player). I've gone tubeless on these wheels and si far so good.

Great ride and freehub sound. Customer service is very helpful and responses are fast. Would purchase from Parcours again.

I got a very good experience with Parcours. I ordered the Alta 36 with the Dynamo. They announced two weeks or preparation and that’s what it took. I am really happy with the product as well. Those wheels look robust and well made, they also look great and feel great on the bike.

Good communication and delivered as promisedd

Very happy with the service, communication was excellent and I was kept me up to date when the order would arrive. Parcours wheels are great value.

These wheels have been set up as tubeless. Tyres were reasonably easy to get on (Cadex Race).
The width of these rims is almost the same as the 28mm Cadex tyres that I am using, which should be good for aerodynamics. Whilst it is difficult to really feel if these are fast or not, I can categorically say that the ride quality with the tyre and rim combination is remarkable.

A long-term review here.
Got a pair of Strades in Sept 2021.
I live in Perth, Australia – a flat windy city and have no issue with crosswinds.
The wheels look fantastic and perform well. Every time when I hang my bike up in my garage it is hard not to look and admire.
Last month I had an altercation with a pickup truck/Ute. The vehicle reversed onto my back wheel, with 2 broken spokes and bent disc brake rotor. I contacted Dov – he was very responsive and helpful, a local wheel building expert (Adrian @Melody Wheels) replaced the spokes and re-trued the wheel and remarkably I’m back in action. These wheels are bullet (or at least Ute) proof.

Received the wheels on time. Had it fitted recently and first impression is those are really great wheels. Goes fast on the flats but really shines on inclines.

TT Wheel rims are perfect for what I need and customer satisfaction 5 out of 5. Would shop with them again.
