I’m really disappointed that I haven’t received my birthday or anniversary bonuses yet. I’ve been a regular and loyal user, and honestly expected better.
I have completed 5 years in parimatch and i expect token of appreciation.
What’s more frustrating is that other platforms like Dafabet and 1XBet offer 10,000 INR as a birthday bonus and 5,000 INR as an anniversary bonus without any hassle. It’s hard not to compare when I’m being ignored here despite my continued engagement with Parimatch.
Please let me know why these bonuses were not credited.
It was promised last week from Hansi and vedanth that after 6 days I'll be getting the freebet, it never happened.
How can your employee forced me to cancel my own bonus, I do have proof. And without conclusion chat support people are ending chat. I have given one ratting in forum and given negative feedback.
All made payment inside parimatch app and my amount as been deducted and same reflecting in my bank account and your support team easily say it's wrong upi and we should not question them. Same macro just cut copy paste, and wait time is more than hours sometime
