Used to be a really good an app for vanlife type stuff had a decent community adding realistic places to stop and sleep. Places that weren’t exactly kosher shall we say places that fell into the grey area of nobody said you can’t do park so behave and don’t be a nuisance and chances are you will be fine. Now the app has removed hundreds of places and stops you from adding lots of places that van lifers have been using to get a quiet safe sleep for years not bothering anybody. It’s now difficult to find a decent spot to park overnight on the app because it’s full of places that you can’t stay overnight at, what is the point of suggesting a parking spot that says no overnight parking.

Seit einiger Zeit werden auf dem Smartphone Symbole der Stell-/Parkplätze angezeigt aber keine weitere Informationen zu ortsnamen usw.

Prinzipiell finde ich p4n eine interessante App. Dass aber in Island noch immer Plätze zum Freistehen (in Island seit etwa 2019 streng verboten) aufgelistet sind, ist ein no go. Schuld am Verbot sind u.a.die zahllosen "Camper Freunde" die keinerlei Spielregeln einhalten.

I used this app back in 2016-2017 while travelling Europe for 10 months in our motorhome and it was good. Am off again now in 2025 for 3 months. Now that it is a 'paid' 'offline' version decided to do that. BIG MISTAKE! IT DOES NOT WORK OFFLINE. Tried to contact them many times and they do not respond. They take the money only. Have to now use data to use it. It is an antiquated app (and I am 60!) Recommend downloading it but DO NOT PAY FOR IT!.

Super nette Begrüßung, alles völlig unkompliziert, super Stellplatz für 15 Euro mit Strom, Toilette, Dusche, waschmaschine kostenlos, allem.
Chef fährt euch für 5 Euro zur Burg hoch in den Ort, ansonsten 30 Min. laufen. Super für Zwischenstop ohne große Ansprüche, man hat ja sein Wohnmobil.

Ich wollte meinen Account gerne auf die bezahlte Variante umstellen.
Das Bezahlen hat funktioniert - die Umstellung leider nicht. So habe ich knapp 10,-€ für gar nichts bezahlt.
Leider kann man niemanden erreichen. Zwar gibt es eine Mailadresse, doch der „Support“ reagiert einfach nicht (ich habe in den letzten acht Tagen mehrfach hingeschrieben, zuerst mit der Bitte um händische Umstellung meines Accounts, dann mit der Bitte um Erstattung). Also kann ich das wohl einfach als blöde Erfahrung verbuchen und mein Geld abschreiben…

ich habe auf Empfehlung von Park4night einen wunderbaren campingplatz in Montina in der Nähe von Udine It gefunden den ich wärmstens empfehlen kann! Zucco camp hill valley. Sehr freundliche Besitzer. Otto Geiger

I cannot book anywhere nor is there anyone to contact.
The app is full of dayparking laybys (nothing to do with Park4Night) including ones with awful reviews.
Half the places I know of to park legally overnight are not even listed.
I regret paying for the app.

Ich warte 9 Tage auf Freischaltung von P4N Plus. Die Kontaktaufnahme mit P4N blieb erfolglos. Ich nutze nun andere Apps, obwohl ich P4N bezahlt habe. Ich warte auf Rückerstattung und Rückmeldung von P4N,

Park4Night ignoriert bewusst Gesetze und mach es unmöglich, illegale Stellplätze zu entfernen. Sie haben mehrere angebliche Stellplätze gelistet, die einfach nur Straßen sind. Freies Campen, besonders in Fahrzeugen, ist in den entsprechenden Ländern allerdings illegal. Täglich muss die Polizei anrücken und Strafzettel verteilen, weil ignorante Touristen nur nach der App gehen.

Ich habe zwar mit dem Kundenservice Kontakt aufgenommen, die entsprechenden Plätze genannt und darum gebeten, diese zu entfernen. Der Kundenservice fragt nun nach "Beweisen". Die geltende Gesetzeslage ist offensichtlich nicht genug. Und ihre (zahlenden) Kunden sind ebenfalls komplett egal.

Bien pour trouver des aires gratuites ouvertes toute l'année.
En Revanche, pour les campings, il n'y a pas de possibilité de filtrer avec des dates. Il faut donc ouvrir chaque site et vérifier les dates, c'est fastidieux.

Prima website om een plekje te vinden. En gelukkig kan je ook adviseren via een mailtje in het engels deze plek te wissen uit het bestand als dat bekeuringen en hinder opleverd . chapeau !!

Charged me twice for membership, refusing to refund even one payment.
On the recommendation of many users I registered and then paid membership of Park4night via my iPhone. So far, so good.
I then attempted to enter the site from my desktop. Same account ((used ID, e-mail, password) but it wouldn't let me in unless I paid, again. So, assuming that the iPhone (Apple acct) payment hadn't worked and gone through, I paid with my card.
Checked payments this morning, both had gone through, payment was demanded by Park4night, a second time, otherwise I'd have been denied access. Contacting Park4night about this, sending proof, they refused to refund, whilst acknowledging that their system had made me pay twice and told me that I could only get a refund from Apple, not them. Apparently I can only get a refund if I purchase a subscription through Google Pay or directly from their website. Strangely, given this reply, I had purchased one of the subscriptions via their website so they are refusing (or ignoring?) that payment.
Legally, my contract is with them - Park4night - NOT Apple, so this will go further but on my initial experience with this 'organisation' I wouldn't trust them with anything so when I get both payments refunded - not going to return.......

Pagare una APP che elenca spots per viaggiatori esponendo feedbacks totalmente inaffidabili, approssimativi e non realistici e quando poi soggiornando in quegli stessi posti (anche per lunghi periodi!) aggiungi un feedback onesto e realistico e gli amministratori della App a loro discrezione te lo rimuovono è INACCETTABILE. App veramente vergognosa, ma soprattutto per nulla affidabile.

Best app for finding a camping spot and I use it all the time and since its inception. Would be lost without it! Just a pity that some of the people using it are not real "campers" but post sites where they should not stop as illegal, or use cemetery parking or residential areas where a little respect would be appreciated I am sure by locals.

An easy-to-use app thanks to which I found many interesting places to stop with my campervan. Lots of feedback from other users makes it easy to choose the right place

Park4night is a great concept- however, DO NOT use the paid park4night+
I’m not the only van camper who has paid for this and cannot log in ever! I cannot even get a response from the help
The spots are only as good as the last review and are not updated otherwise
In short- use the free service with ads and check out the location before you stay but don’t pay for anything from them

Ich habe vor einem halben Jahr bereits eine Bewertung abgegeben. Damals wurde mir gesagt, es wird bald eine neue Version P4N erscheinen, mit der auch die offline Funktion möglich ist. Leider ist diese bis heute nicht erschienen. Aber den Betrag für diese Leistung wird schon mal verlangt. So etwas sollte eigentlich bestraft werden !!!!!!
Ein Stern ist sicher noch überbewertet.
