On the plus side, when we eventually reached the terminal car park at Heathrow, the Parkair rep was very helpful. And the whole process on our return was completely smooth, with the Parkair driver even insisting on lifting our cases into the boot of the car.

The minus was our numerous phone calls with the Parkair operator as we drove to Heathrow. It was the M25 journey to beat all journeys. We had left in time to be early to Heathrow in any normal circumstances. But the rain was unrelentingly heavy. An hour after setting off from home, we had travelled about 10 miles yet the satnav had our “time to destination” as higher than when we had left the house. What we most certainly did not need was grief from Parkair whilst we struggled with the drive, but grief was what we got. At one point we were told that if we weren’t there shortly, Parkair would desert us. I think that the operator relented on this threat only because my wife and I both barked at him. Having left home at 3.20 pm for a drive of normally about an hour, we eventually arrived at around 6.15pm instead of the booked 5pm. Annoying for Parkair and for us but hardly a crazy time of day and an airport parking company should be well able to deal with such delays.

Even if we had had such an awful journey as to arrive at 2am, if you call your company Parkair247, you need to provide your service 24 hours per day.

Really great location with the Meet and Greet. We were running ahead of schedule so had a little wait when we arrived. They took the car over and took photos that were immediately emailed over for our records to show how the car was when they took it, including the mileage (they drive it off site).

The communication beforehand was great. The night before we received messages to advise of location, procedure, a video showing the route in and reminders of the ULEZ area.

Coming back we called after collecting our baggage and they arrived in the time they said they would (20 minutes). Looking at the mileage they drove and the battery % used (EV), they drove the car sensibly as well.

Booked Parkair 247 for first time and never used meet/greet before. Service was great and no issues. Would definitely recommend to use them

After reading many poor reviews about other Meet and Greet companies I was a bit hesitant about booking one, but Parkair 247 were great. Prompt arrival for pick up and drop off, good communication, and a through clean of the car as well (for additional cost). Really happy with the service.

We have now used park air 247 3 time and can’t fault them from booking until you collect your car after your holiday the service is great
Also the car is well looked after and always comes back how you left it

Very easy to book, good use of video to show exact route to take. This saved us going up the ramp to the drop off area, easily done!!
Friendly staff just a minor delay on getting car back as we arrived back earlier than expected.

All very easy, from booking through to collecting our car.
Very efficient service, drop of was quick (receiving a call from our pick up driver to check how far we were), friendly driver, taking photos for re assurance.
Pick up was very similar, called when we received our luggage, waited just around 5 minutes, but only because we were super quick getting through all the checks.

I was extremely impressed with my recent experience with parkair247. Booking was easy- unfortunately made a mistake with the return date and this was so easily amended. The process of dropping off the car at Heathrow was so easy. We were greeted by uniformed attendants which was really reassuring. Vin was fantastic. Handover was super quick and we were instantly emailed photos of our vehicle for record. Returning back to collect the car was just as easy. Car was ready within 20 minutes of calling from baggage reclaim. Again VIN was so great. Really appreciated that everything- all details/ numbers to call and information of instructions was whatsapped immediately and all in one place instead of having to flick through emails. A great experience. Thank you so much.

We’ve always used Parkair 24/7 for our longer stay airport parking and they’ve never let us down. They are friendly, efficient and professional and our cars have always been returned promptly with no issues.

First time using them and will definitely use again. Quick to answer the calls, clear instructions and both staffs who came to pick and drop our car were friendly and polite. 100% recommend!
