Bought an item for next day delivery and didn't turn up until 4 days later. This was only after contacting the office 3/4 times with a promise of a call back each time, and didn't receive one. However they were pleasant.

Product as described and delivered promptly. 4 stars instead of 5 only because the order status was never updated from “Processing” so was not aware when it had been dispatched or aware when to expect delivery.
