We were so impressed with the service and support they provided to us when we were applying for our mortgage & preparing to purchase our new home. From the first meeting with Gerry, we knew we would be looked after!
As a team, they are all incredibly efficient and responsive. We delt with Gerry, Anne & Laura. Each time we contacted the office nothing seemed like too much trouble, they just took the query, found the answer and moved our application forward again. The on-line portal is great, but there’s also a strong personal presence from the team by phone and email.
On the days when we worried they always instilled confidence in us, and in their system. And their system worked! We got our mortgage & mortgage protection, & have now received the keys of our new home.
