Systems Upgrade Fail
Currently reporting unavailability overdue statements for viewing online because of system "upgrade" (????) in March. Horrible wait times an hour or longer on hold. No IT assistance after poor website design/reconfiguration that is a fail and no longer being compatible with my iPhone OS for online app. Had to go to branch last week with rep to access online at all. Not even accepting password. This is a realignment of marketing priorities recently that fails entirely as a model for customer service. Fire the outside promotions agency responsible. And inhouse IT administrator. They are vastly unqualified. AI can do their jobs better.
