I have never used parking.com before and was unfamiliar with how it worked. I emailed support to see what happens when I entered the parking garage. Will there be an attendance there? I received no response. On the website there were no instructions on what to do when I arrived. When I got there, my gps took me to a street level open parking where I had to pay for parking again. So I paid twice for 1 spot. Again, unfamiliar with Columbus, I didn't want to try to drive around and find the parking garage.

However, it appears the parking spaces were repainted to be smaller. Makes it more difficult to ensure my vehicle is not damaged by or damaging other vehicles since very little room between vehicles to open car door.

Everything went fine but I got charged double. One call and you fixed the problem.

Parking close to event location. Flat all day rate because of large downtown event made it fairly easy to pay via phone using QR code.

It was an easy sign up and pay. The only thing I noticed is that you cannot access the transaction after pay has been accepted to add more time if necessary.

Great place to park but confused about that my time expired when I paid $8 and that was the daily rate

The stars are primarily for me. I didn't pay attention to the fact I was in a rental. I had my info preloaded and just selected payment. I couldn't get a refund from reading the policy. I made it work. Longer story. Overall I was able to park and participate in the festivities. Don't be me and pay attention.

I mean, for starters, advertise your actual prices as opposed to having your sign display $5 evenings and weekends when in fact it cost me $10.99. The service fee of .99 cents isn’t the problem. It’s the extra $5 that wasn’t on display. That’s false advertising, and I have yet to have anyone contact me either through Instagram or my email about this issue. This is the only communication I’ve received from you all so far, and it’s to give you all a star rating! This is very frustrating to say the least.

Sign posted said $5 daily on weekends. I was charged $10.99 on a Saturday for 1 hour. I didn’t bother calling but here I am to rate this lot poorly. I was at a restaurant across the street and someone pulled in to check payment status. I’m not mad about that, just adding the info. to make you aware if you think you’re going to park here for free.

The customer service is terrible, the person who served me was arrogant, very unprofessional. which the problem I had was not resolved and they charged me twice

It was easy to park, pay and stay all day without having to go back to the lot to “put more money in the meter”.

Convenient and easy to use. Visiting a busy city is a challenge and being able to find convenient parking that was easy to pay for was a blessing.

App does not allow renewal of space if you are 1 minute late. Awful.
