I needed parking for one hour. Charged $15.99. Highway robbery!

I was there on a Sunday and the sign said $5.99. I was there for approximately 2 hours. However a cost of $15 was charged to my credit card. What a ripoff.

My persoanal experience was good; however, a friend tried to scan the code which did not work and then fraud charges made on his card while we were in the theatre. Somehow, you need to make sure the scan codes are not compromised.

The parking lot was full of potholes And there was no signage making it clear that you were to scan the code before you left. $12.99 is way overpriced for an hour and 15 minutes apart.

It was great. Very convenient and inexpensive.

I wish you had more QR codes posted around the lot so we could register to park quicker. There were too many people crammed in one spot trying to get their parking paid for before the play.

Seeing the QR code to set up for parking was very difficult. The directions were in a corner set off to the si . There were many people there trying to figure out how to pay and it was VERY EXPENSIVE FOR 1 HOUR

Downloaded the app to pay, it would not recognize my cards after several tries for multiple credit and debit cards of mine. Had to switch to website to pay. Caused unnecessary stress due to bugs in the app. Will not be parking with this company again.

Don't make me use a website, hire someone.

Posted cost was different than charged fee. Would not have pulled in to park at the fee that was charged. Dishonest and false advertising. Would not recommend.

Paying for parking through the App is very difficult. Logging in with a username and password never works, and while on other websites and apps I can usually login easily with my Google account, this app uses a process that requires entering my Google username and password and it takes a lot of time and steps. The the mobile website was throwing errors and wouldn't let me complete the payment. We had to use a different person's phone to complete our parking transaction.

I also have some difficulty choosing the correct length of parking. Sometimes only monthly parking seems to be available, though the lot is empty.

ParkMobile is much easier to use.

The kiosk was broken but the app was easy to use.

First time at Downtown, easy to use, less expensive than other parking places around.
