Bait and Switch. The price advertised on the sign for this lot when pulling in says $8 daily. But when you scan the QR code to pay for parking the amount is actually $20 plus a $0.99 service charge. And the fee is hourly. And there’s no way to adjust the price in the app.

You're already paying for nothing, getting tacked, called and spam emails, and getting charged a service fee on top of it

Not user friendly, unless

$20 to park for 2 hours downtown when there is nothing going on. Shameful.

I parked across from the pins. They gave me a ticket because I parked in the wrong “lot” even though the sign with the QR code was in the lot and that’s what I paid. My penalty was $30 and then lowered to $6 dollars which is the amount I paid since they realized they were wrong then told me to contact the other place for a refund. I didn’t even know how so I ended up paying the $6 dollars which became $10 with the $4 dollar fee.

The sign in front of the parking area stated $6 all day, $8 evening, yet I was charged $20.99. This was around 3 pm on a Saturday. The signage is either falsely misleading or I was way overcharged.

Why was parking on a quiet week night for a couple hours so expensive? Expected value of an illegal parking ticket that happens infrequently may be cheaper!

My car was stolen from your lot!!! More lights to brighten up your lot at night might help prevent additional thefts!!! Cameras, perhaps?!?

Good system. Easier than meters.

I drove thru 5 parking lots trying to find one that I could just pay an attendant. Finally I gave up and parked in yours. I was so nervous but followed your instructions on my phone and it worked perfectly. I was so relieved and proud of myself as I am 76 and not very good at using tech.

Overpriced. Why not use cbus park ?!

The information in the parking lot said that we could pay 6.00$ for the evening entire evening but there was NO option for that. Also i payed for 2 hours and I wanted to stay longer and when I try to extend the time and extend my time the application keep on crashing and we had to leave the restaurant because we didn’t want to get a ticket. Over all not the best experience…

Went to leave....long line behind me and ticket scan kept saying Invalid ticket so i had to pay $60 to get out of the damn parking lot on a lost ticket punch!!!
Never again!!

Efficient, easy to use.

Your app prevented One person in our party from being able to enter their phone number. This, did not allow her to complete the transaction.
Thus, I had to leave our gathering, return to parking lot, and pay for her parking with my phone.

I scanned the closest QR code to pay for where I parked but turns out I was actually parked in a lot next to this one, so I got a ticket from the other company. Move the sign or mark the spots so people know which company to pay because I wasn’t the only one.

The web interface was confusing so I ended up paying for 2 days rather than 2 hours

Ny roommates and I were told we wouldn’t have to pay a parking fee and we did. Very blindsided and unexpected.

The price listed on the sign at the parking lot was 1/3 of what they actually charged. 100% scam
