Paid for parking at 7:30 PM, got a parking ticket at 7:36 PM even though I was paid through 9:30 PM. Basically a scam.

App didn't want to load on the spot. Had to use internet to try to load the website. My signal in the parking lot was 5G and still couldn't get it to load on the restaurant's Wifi.

Bad!!!! As I was paying for my parking, I got a $78. Ticket!!! I couldn’t get wifi from outside the building so I went in to access the website on my phone in order to pay. In one minutes time I received a ticket. The processer must’ve waited for me to walk away from my car to pounce on giving me a ticket!!I have disputed this!!! What a hassle! Bad business!!! I had paid for three hours and I was sent an email simultaneously saying I had three hours left! But I came out to find the $78. Ticket on my car!

the parking spaces in front of yours were 5 dollars less. The paper machine wasn't working so I used yours. Other than that, the app was fairly easy to use.

Ease of use. Time extension capability through phone. Reasonable rates.

Yet another public commodity being made into revenue by yet another company with yet another app you need to download. I’ll use it if I need to, but this sucks.

You attempted to charge me 75 dollars saying I did not pay. When clearly I did as you text me to let me know my time was ending.

That I was charged $10 to park downtown because there was an event going on and I did not attend that event. I simply went to a meeting.

I wasn't parking for a special event and the app would only allow me to pay for parking for a special event.

It was hard to figure it out and when I added 30 min it charged me the same price I paid for 3 hours.

Received a ticket even though I paid. Filed a dispute the same day and still have not heard back. That was 3 weeks ago.

I was issued a ticket 50min before my time expired, filed a dispute, and have yet to hear back. This will be the last time I use the parking service and would not recommend it.

I sought help yesterday afternoon but my account is still locked.

Did not ask for zone #, when I went back into app to add, it charged my credit card twice

It is expensive enough to park, but to add a "convenience" fee is rediculous.

Gives ticket when the meter is paid. Dishonest and incompetent

I paid for parking on arrival. It was a flat rate on Sunday. Returned to my vehicle with a $72 citation. Reached out to get assistance but was informed that the fine stands.
